Bought another new car today at BMW of Monterey, and once again, it was a very positive experience. Client Advisor John Polli is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest, has superb communication skills, and genuinely cares and respects customers. I've been going to him for many years, and have no reason to go anywhere else. Bravo BMW of Monterey!

I brought my BMW in to Monterey, and the service was excellent. Anna Kwon assisted me with a my appointment and loaner car, and Joe Campo was my service advisor. They both made it easy for me to get in and out in a timely manner, and they took care of all the details for me. I highly recommend them and BMW Monterey.

My service went as scheduled. Done in a timely matter and met my expectations and beyond. The newly remodeled dealership is beautiful!! I even asked with late notice if the shuttle could pick me up to come get my car at a scheduled time. They sent a Lyft on time. My service advisor was Joe, my car was in for a checkup before I take a road trip across the country. His advice was good. New tires were recommended as expected. I chose to wait, it took 6 hrs, although it was my choice to wait. I knew I could take a shuttle but chose not to do so.

I am very pleased with yesterday's service experience with BMW of Monterey. Work was completed as promised, and drop off and pick up was very efficient. The team members are very helpful and courteous. Each time I visit this dealership I'm it strikes me that the team members really enjoy working there and helping each other.
