The first time when I called Lexus of Marin I talked with Sales Associate Kelly Austin on the phone. The next day, I decided to go for test driving and I purchased my first certified pre-owned Lexus CT 200h from Kelly Austin! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional, and helpful. its been such a wonderful experience that I never going to forget that day. Also, the general manager Fuad Dayyeh and the finance director Albert Gorelik was amazing! I am so glad to met with the team member of Lexus of Marin! :) 5 STAR!

Best experience ever! No hassle, super friendly. I had been looking around for a car at various dealerships both on foot and online over a period of nine months.. What a disappointment. Some salesman were very rude and lazy on the lot. The internet salesperson did not want to deal with me until I gave them my phone number or credit score. Some did not get back to me for days. When I emailed Greg I got a response back from him within 5 minutes. Impressive. Not only do I love my new car. I love the service. Thank you Lexus of Marin. You get 5 stars plus!

As a busy working Mom, time is always an issue when taking the car for the required maintenance. I am impressed with the fast, convenient an informational service I received at the Lexus Marin Dealership. From the moment I booked online, the availability of the loaner car, etc. In addition to my service advisor Willie Ortiz took the time to explain in details all my questions. Great service!

Excellent car buying experience! Immediately greeted by friendly and professional staff, beautiful store and excellent location. Our sales advisor Bryan Llamas and the General Manager Fuad Dayyeh, were such a pleasure to work with. The entire team over at Lexus of Marin, from sales, to finance, service, reception and management were super friendly and efficient. Our sales advisor and service department were able to answer our questions and address any concerns. It was truly a pleasure to visit Lexus of Marin and work with such an amazing team, we were in really good hands. I can't speak highly enough of this place, you have to check it out. I’m already looking forward to getting my vehicle serviced for regular maintenance once it’s due and making all future purchases from Lexus of Marin!

I go to Lexus of Marin, where I purchased my car, because of the excellent service even though it is further away from other locations. Len Temple suggests just what is needed for the check up, contacts me if something more is needed and delivers the car as scheduled. This I appreciate since I do wait - easy to do with the waiting area equipped with all that one needs.

I love LEXUS of Marin. They have been taking care of my 350SUV for years and I now have 100,000+ miles on it and it still runs like new. They find and fix minor problems while it is in for servicing - figured out where a rattle was coming from that we couldn't - and they always seem to get my car serviced and washed before the estimated time and the price has always been right on or LESS! Andy is my service manager and now my friend. Couldn't find a more reputable and friendly dealership!

I arrived on time for my 10:15 service appointment but had to wait over 15 minutes before there was a service representative available. Then I was called and advised my car was ready later that afternoon. I arrived 20 minutes later, paid for the service and then stood outside for over 20 minutes and asked twice before my car was finally brought around. The car had been washed but windshield and side mirrors were not clean. Not the kind of service I am used to or expect from Lexus.
