This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through Galpin Honda, my Fiancé and now myself. Working with Beverly Telmo was beyond a pleasure. She turned what felt impossible (owning a new car), into a reality. My lack of having my stuff fully together was neither an issue, as she showed relentless pursuit in getting me not just what I needed, but what I wanted. One of the more incredible things, was that Beverly made it feel like I had her undivided attention showing complete patience the entire process (despite my lack of clarity and clear communication). Once things were green lit, she made sure the truck was in my possession ASAP, and delivered it to my door step later THAT night, papers to sign in hand Vehicles collect great experiences and stories, it was a real luxury to get to start out with a such a great one. Beverly, thank you so SO much, you helped me achieve a major life benchmark, and I can’t wait to work with you again in the future!

JC Calderon at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills is the best!

I went into Galpin Honda to purchase my Honda Civic and was serviced by JC Calderon. From the start, JC was very informative! He went over every detail and special feature of the Honda Civic thoroughly! He knows that car like the back of his hand! I was very impressed with his knowledge and genuine willingness to assist and help me out. I had leased a civic before and was serviced by someone other than JC but unfortunately was not given the same run down of the vehicle like JC had so thoroughly did. I feel very blessed to have been serviced by JC. He also negotiated for me a price and down payment that I am comfortable with and can live with! He definitely went above and beyond! I am very grateful and thankful! Thank you so much, JC, for helping me out so greatly!!

The service I received this last time was excellent with the help of Frankie Vasquez. He wasn't to pushy and showed me multiple options based on our feedback. He was able to get us a great deal and a even better than what I was expecting car! I will most definitely be back and will be sending my friends and family his way. Still some room for improvement

My wife and I recently purchased an Insight from this dealer. We got a pretty good deal and got the car we wanted. There was an attempt to sell us a fancier version of it, but we declined. There was an extremely hard and unpleasant attempt to get us to buy an extended warranty. But we just sat that one out. We would have given five stars, but we didn't feel like the sales person completely understood everything about the car and how certain things worked. I found out most of the answers on my own, but I expect a bit more than a 2-minute orientation to a new vehicle.

Beverly Yutuc is awesome!

I loved my experience with Galpin Honda! Honestly we were just going to stop in quickly for a test drive, but Beverly Yutuc was so helpful in answering all of our questions and in making sure that we received a great deal, that we ended up making a purchase that night! We arrived right as they were closing, and still she stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. After the purchase went through we walked out to find her giving my car one last wipe down/ final check. Then she even sat with me quickly to teach me how to use all of the hi-tech equipment in my new HRV. I LOVE my car, and I love the service that Galpin provided. Thank you Beverly for all of your help. We will definitely be back!

Amazing First Car Buying Experience!

I recently went in to buy my first car ever and Christian Guerra made it such an amazing experience! He was by far the best salesman Iâve had, and let me tell you Iâve been to plenty trying to find my first car! He was very patient and understanding with me and my mom; he made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process and didnât rush us into making a decision. I went in to this dealership just to look around and had no plans of buying a car, but here i am the new owner of a Honda! Thanks Christian for the awesome car and amazing deal!! Would definitely recommend this dealership and Christian!

The members of Galpin Honda did a great job selling a car to me. My sales consultant, Alex Diaz, was very thorough with the process and made everything understandable for me as I am a first time buyer. He also didnt make it all business and that felt welcoming for me. He made a lot of jokes and he made himself approachable. I felt comfortable asking him questions and just having conversations with him. I also felt like he was straight forward about the car details which made me trust him. Overall, my experience at Galpin Honda was wonderful and I have Alex and the automotive family to thank!

Buying a Vehicle Review

When I first walked in I got a friendly greeting from Reza Asnashari. I didnt feel like I was wasting my time because from the beginning Reza was putting my needs first. He showed me the vehicle exactly how I requested. He did everything possible to make sure I had a pleasant experience. The managers, and financing dept were all great, professional individuals. Reza also helped me take my car home and put a red bow on my wives new Honda. If your looking for a Honda, I would highly recommend this dealership!

My experience with Ali was pretty good , he tries to be as good as he can be. His manager tho I wouldnt recommend , he basically wanted to get into a verbal with me because I was thinking about the offer. i forgot his name but he was Armenian I think .

Went to the dealership unsure of what kind of car I wanted and Aris Gharibian helped me find not only the perfect car but helped work out a great deal. He answered all questions and has been the most helpful employee of any dealership experience. I left the dealer with a new Honda CR-V. Rhyner Era Tried Saving Me Money!!

Rhyner tried saving me money but he honored my request!! My eyes was on a 2017 Honda Accord EXL V6. My sister Gayla and I ( Monique) knew what I wanted. Rhyner who was my salesman was cool and patient. He let me test drive my car I wanted, a 2017 EXL V6 Honda Accord. It was a beautiful Burgandy hottie! After driving the 2017 Accord, Rhyner suggested a new 2018 Honda Accord with the turbo engine I might add. I drove it & it drove smooth too! When we were done Rhyner went over the numbers between both cars. The new car was a little cheaper. Call me crazy if you want to but both me and my sister loved the drive better on the 2017. It cost a little more but isnt buying a car best to get the one you really want Cali family? Rhyner didnt harasse me for buying the new car,he listened to all the whys I wanted the used car vs the new one on a professional and cool attitude. He didnt know it was my very first experience at a major car dealer. I hear so much about car sales people being so pushy; not Rhyner he listened and respected my wishes. He got the paper work going with the finance team understanding I needed to get the check to him that day. Yes it does take hours at a dealer buying a car but Rhyner was so efficient & professional I would reccommend him to all who is looking for a smooth and professional experience. He was awesome! Thank you Rhyner for an awesome first time experience buying a car at a major dealer. If more sales people were more like you people would give great reviews as Im doing!! Keep up the great job!
