Best service team in San diego

I've been to 5 different service centers in San Diego County. I am a loyal volkswagon customer. Past 4 cars would be an obvious sign. I've been to 5 different service centers..temecula,escondido, national city, &carlsbad . None of these service centers can even come close to matching the service of kerny mesa volkswagon. John, Sal & and Marco, in particular, have provided me with the best service I have ever gotten within the volkswagon organization. This team has made me feel important & and has gone out of their way to help me with my needs! Highly recommend kerny mesa volkswagon to anybody who needs service on their vehicles! Reps were nice and not pressuring me. Came in for a certain car and not once did they try to get me to look at another one. Brought in a vehicle to sell and the offer given was within KBB pricing for the model and condition. Left in a newer used vehicle with no hidden fees/taxes and also within KBB pricing AFTER tax.

Sam was my salesperson and was so courteous, professional and well informed. She went through all of my car options with no pressure whatsoever. When it was time to take ownership of the car the sales process was under 2 hours which is miraculous considering i’ve bought many cars that take up half my. I had been shopping around in the area and found my experience to be a little overwhelming. I visited Volkswagen Kearny Mesa and met Christian. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and understood exactly what I was looking for! The perfect fit was not available on the lot so I left my information and continued looking. Christian text me the very next day letting me know he had just received a vehicle with every detail I wanted! I really appreciated that Christian wasn’t pushy in offering alternatives and instead focused on my checklist. We met for a test drive and within 3 hours I was walking out of the door with my Volkswagen Tiguan! The process was extremely smooth and without any pressure. Both Christian and Mike were very thorough in explaining the paperwork and any questions I had about the vehicle. I love my car and would highly recommend this dealership!

I scheduled an appt for my 160,000 factory maintenance. I was helped by John. John’s customer service was more than satisfactory. The tech working on my car was also very professional and polite. They both addressed my concerns and provided a satisfactory resolution. I’ve been going to VW of Kearny Mesa for a while for my car maintenance and will forever continue to come here for the remainder of the life of my vehicle.
