I drove out of town for about 2 hours to purchase a car and had a great experience at All-Star Kia SB. I had the pleasure of working with Jaime and Armando at Kia, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Over the phone, throughout the negotiation process, Jaime demonstrated transparency and worked diligently to secure a fair deal. His straightforward approach and exceptional customer service skills made me feel valued and at ease. Armando helped us with the paperwork, he was very kind. He also helped my wife with the settings in the car and how everything works to head back home. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the entire car buying process seamless and stress-free. The entire finance team was excellent as well. Andrew helped us with finance work. His subject knowledge and experience were great. Along with that he was patient and answered all our queries. Very friendly. Plus, thank you for offering us the delicious Tacos!!! I have to come again for those Al Pastor Tacos!!! Thanks to All-Star Kia SB's expertise and dedication, I drove away in a 2024 Kia Forte car, confident in my purchase. Don't Believe the price

On Edmunds it says that it's below the Edmunds price, and when you call them they are putting $10K on top. That seems like false advertising to me.

Rattle

Wife got a Kia Rio that developed a rattle so bad that it does it all the time and something has to be broken. Brought it in told Kia warrenty doesn't cover rattles, squeaks, etc. after 12,000 miles. So he says he will look at it for a discount nice but I bring it in and after 18 plus miles of driving they don't hear it. We take it around the block and we hear the noise weird. So we bring it back then I'm told it's lunch so I'll have to wait till after lunch ok I get that. After about 5 hours in all he says they didn't find anything but moved some stuff around. We take it around the block I hear the noise twice I say that but he says he didn't hear it so they might have gotten it. Now the noise is louder then ever. Now if I want it looked at it 109 plus what it costs to fix it. I say what if something is broke don't really get an answer. Then states I might have hit something it could be under the car sound travels no it's in the dash don't even start that. I even recorded the sound. You get a Kia for the warrenty and the first time you need it it's not covered.

Sonia m. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made our buying experience a positive one. She answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Very professional, yet friendly. Same for your finance lady, she too addressed some concerns we had in a very professional and friendly manner. I had my stalled overheating truck towed to the dealership for service (unknown cause). I was able to coordinate the work with Chris over the phone -he was able to give me multiple scenarios and the resolution on the possible work ahead. He called me every step of the way to explain the work, cost or warranty coverage as well as get permission to proceed. Turns out the thermostat had to be replaced and was covered under the service warranty. Always keeping me updated to the status of work- Chris was extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and he has excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership and continue to come here as a customer (even though there is a dealership 4 miles away from me).

In a nutshell what I liked was the courteous friendly way I was treated like a customer should be. Not an interruption to their day. For more in depth answer keep reading. This was my first visit to All Star Kia in San Bernardino. I made an appointment for an oil change and normal maintenance checkup 4 days pryer to my visit. When I arrived 10 minutes early Chris came right out and greeted me as well as getting started with necessary information. He checked if there were any recalls or over due service on my 2011 Optima EX. There weren't any. I told him I would wait for it to be done. In about an hour a very nice cashier said my car was ready to go. She explained what was done and what they recommended I keep an eye on. The cost was no more than those those quickie places.

My service writer always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He really is just a great guy. I came in Friday night 2ith no appointment, thinking I would have to drop my car off and pick it up Saturday. Well they were fully booked for saturday, so he stayed a little late and knocked it out right then and there. And they still even washed my car, which I totally did not expect since he was already doing me a favor. I really mean this when I say it, you guys should do something good to this man, give him a little bonus or an extra paid vacation day or something like that, because he is keeping your customer retention high. Unfortunately, I can't think of his name right now, but he is a tall, bald, white guy. Really cool, you probably know who he is anyway, just by reading this review.
