Patiently and helpfully, John worked with me to get through a devious warranty company who declined to cover their warranty so my car sat for a month plus. I told them to free up space and let my car sit outside, but they did not want to have my nice C7 left out in the elements. Eventually, the warranty company reversed their decision and covered the labor. Abel worked with me to make the best decisions and I used the coverage towards a new long block. I am breaking in my motor and have my daily driver back and it's running better than ever!

Service was excellent as usual. My only complaint was that the online appointment scheduling was very misleading. It scheduled me almost a month out which put me past the recommended servicing date. I told the service manager, who was very patient, and he explained that it's a very busy time of year and the online scheduling was too extended. He suggested I call in the future if I needed an earlier date.

Abel has serviced our vehicles for many years. We have many dealerships close to where we live, but we drive a hour and a half to have the piece of mind that the service will be done correctly the first time. To many times in the past other dealers would just write down problem cannot be duplicated at this time and send you on your way. Abel will take the time and really figure out what is wrong and fix it. Abel Chevrolet has become a very trusted friend.
