worst dealership and service center ever

***********WARNING NEVER GO HERE************************ This is the worst dealership/service center I have ever been to in my life After my car was driven in to fix a defect they told me my entire clutch was broken and that now my car was completely undrivable most likely caused by the defect that I was there to have fixed After contacting Nissan they will not cover the damages after 10k miles even though they admit it may have been caused by the defect or the dealership After all this terrible news I could not even get my clutch repaired here because the estimate was over 20% higher than every shop around! The customer service here is beyond terrible, every time you call you get a voice mail. I had to call back 6 times in a row and implore the operator not to transfer me to a voicemail again before I could even speak with a manager at all. Worst part is the manager Jason lied directly to me and told me my car would be in the same drivable shape when I picked it up that I left it, but it was not movable at all when I arrived and he had me pay to have it towed away. Even after admitting my car was most likely destroyed by a defect or their service center they offered no service discount or sales or leasing discount even though I have been a long time Nissan customer. Treating customers this way especially during the holidays is so messed up. Wish I never went here, most horrible experience with a dealership and service center ever. You have been warned, stay away from here at all costs!

I took my Nissan Leaf for a 1 year check up to this dealer and was quoted $373 which seemed high. Not having any other point of reference, I accepted their quote. Because it seemed so high, I afterwards called the Nissan in Burlingame. To my dismay the charge for the same service was $234!!! I went in good faith to talk to Nissan Boardwalk and was told those were their prices and that they will give me a credit for the next check up (a tire rotation, $19.95) for free. Go here if you want to get ripped off!

Horrible!

I took my 2006 Nissan 350z in for an oil change and a possible issue with the engine. After having complained to them that the vehicle is making irregular noises from the undercarriage. Not only did they say there were no irregular noises, they completely failed to comply by the Nissan troubleshooting guide for the 2006 VQ35DE manual transmission engines that had been published!! They failed to inform me of an oil consumption problem that has existed for this particular model! I even gave them a clue, which is well documented in their troubleshooting guide. I have kept every repair/maintenance manifest for my vehicle. I maintain it! This is not a driver related problem, in fact, my search engine research actually yielded one website that discusses this issue in depth: [violative content deleted] The fact that a Nissan certified dealer failed on the due diligence after a customer complaint demonstrates their inept attitude toward their customers and leaves much to be desired. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this particular dealership for their lack of customer service and technical knowledge! Best regards, Will!
