We are very pleased with the purchase of our vehicle. We feel that we paid a fair price and it is very clean for a used vehicle. We were disappointed to find the vehicle was sold to us with a patch in the tire without it being disclosed to us before purchase and feel the vehicle should've had new tires put on before it was sold.

Thank you for the Great service today! Last time I was in for a new tire. I asked to have the tires rotated and they weren't. I told the man in the service department I felt a wobble and was told trucks aren't meant to go fast. This time I spoke to a woman and told her about the wobble and asked to have the tires rotated with the oil change and recall service. It took a little longer then promised but sooo worth it! A print out was left in my truck telling me how out of balance my truck was and this time the tires were rotated like I asked and my truck does not wobble anymore! Thank you for fixing it!!!!

Took in Suburban for oil sender sensor. Got charged $130 for diagnosis. They wanted $742 before taxes to fix. Called local mechanics and they were half the price. Considering I've bought 2 vehicles there I thought I should have been taken care of better.

I was taken care of very nicely. I was at work waiting for my car to be finished, and I was too late for the shuttle. The manager of Lithia Toyota picked me up at work at almost 6pm to get my car. I thought that was a nice gesture, considering I would have had to call for a cab.

No differance with appointment

I don't get in out or out of the service department any faster with an appointment. The last time I was there for over two hours for routine maintenance. I also upgraded my service contract to four oil changes per year. Each time I come in I have to fight for the service, then they find the upgrade. Very discouraging.

My salesmen Cameron Watts was excellent very personable and not your typical cheesy used car salesmen. He was very knowledgeable with the Silverado's I was looking at. I had originally made a deal with Dave Smith Motors. They failed miserably Cameron and the team at Lithia in Redding made it happen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I will be back soon to buy a Camaro
