Amazing car purchase experience

onFirst my number was entered on salesmans phone so when I called later for directions he answered "hello Connie"! Then when we pulled into lot there was our car of interest sitting out front and center! When we got out of car. Two smiling agents walked over to us and greeted us by name! Talk about personalized service. We were amazed. The shop was very helpful with showing other vehicles, car faxes, answering all questions, and allowing time for us to make a decision. No pressure! And my husband has such a great time talking with fellow veterans at the front desk. We even got Visa cards for a meal when we stayed late to finish closing. An amazing experience from start to finish :) We have already recommended your dealership to everyone who admires my "new" car. And yes we are fully satisfied with car and price. The transaction was flawkess, quick and the vehicle was delivered by The Owner, Kevin Massey, directly to me near my residence in Cameron Park. onThis was a routine service on my Fusion. Took about an hour and a half - spent the time in the customer lounge with a cup of coffee and an doughnut, working my crossword puzzles. Areli gave me quick rundown of the maintenance procdures and results. Very happy with the treatment I receive from Napa Ford.

Slow service

onThe work seemed to be good. My only beef is..it took way too long to get simple maintance done. I dropped my truck off Sunday to have it serviced first thing Monday. I needed it back no later than Tuesday afternoon. They didn't even start service until Thursday morning. For that, I would think twice about going to Napa Ford. I use my truck everyday.

onI have known victor for many years and was glad he was there. We bought a certified lincoln out of town that had a few problems. He took care of all of them in a timely manner. Had bad service in Stockton. Victor and the others in the service dept. gave us the type of service we expected when we bought a certified lincoln.

Amazing Truck Buying Experience

onI spent the previous 3 weeks interacting with another dealer that was trying to find the vehicle I wanted and I was logging my own hours trying to help them, I made 1 call to Mike at Napa Ford and he quickly confirmed that the exact vehicle I was searching for was on the lot. After a 3 week search with another dealer Napa Ford beat their deal and I had the exact truck I was seeking in less than 24 hours. To add to the service Mike is also providing airport shuttle service since I am out town for the week on business and they want to ready my truck for pickup on Friday. Mike is driving all the way from Napa to pick me up at SFO Friday night, that is definitely going the extra mile.
