Oil Change

Easy to make the appointment, job appears to have been done fine (oil change and check-up), and the service technician recommended new tires. The only hiccup was that the tire I selected for replacement wasn't available when I called to schedule the appointment.

'Lektric Lincoln

I have dealt with many service advisors over a many years. I cannot recommend Victor Villegas more highly. He is aware of the customers issues and does his very best to solve the problem. I also like dealing with a Ford person, who actually knows more about Fords than I do.. I just had a sensor replaced and I asked him exactly what the sensor did... He explained it to me in terms that I could easily understand. I will continue to have my Lincoln serviced at Napa Ford due to the professionalism of Victor...

Toga RV Ford Drive train service

It is very handy to have an authorized Ford dealer in town that can also service our Tioga RV which has a Ford drive train and chassis. I do a lot of the service myself, but there were several things that I felt the dealer could do better. We had them install a new serpentine belt, fuel filter, cooling system flush and recharge and differential oil change-out. They also lubed all the grease points on the chassis and drive train. They did this in one day and their final price was slightly lower than their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone wanting this type of service.

Good shop

My husband did all the work getting it to the dealership. He had replaced the water pump, radiator hoses, and the engine still had a leak. He brought it in and they repaired a sensor leak on the block and we had it back the same day. We got to make a trip to USC to watch our grand daughter perform a concert. Thanks, Rosemarie Kempton

The service staff is always professional and courteous. The info is always honest and thorough. The waiting area is always clean and welcoming. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, and genuinely seemed like they cared I was there. Great job once again!

Excellent Service

This was a routine service on my Fusion. Took about an hour and a half - spent the time in the customer lounge with a cup of coffee and an doughnut, working my crossword puzzles. Areli gave me quick rundown of the maintenance procdures and results. Very happy with the treatment I receive from Napa Ford.

Slow service

The work seemed to be good. My only beef is..it took way too long to get simple maintance done. I dropped my truck off Sunday to have it serviced first thing Monday. I needed it back no later than Tuesday afternoon. They didn't even start service until Thursday morning. For that, I would think twice about going to Napa Ford. I use my truck everyday.

1st class service befitting a nice lincoln

I have known victor for many years and was glad he was there. We bought a certified lincoln out of town that had a few problems. He took care of all of them in a timely manner. Had bad service in Stockton. Victor and the others in the service dept. gave us the type of service we expected when we bought a certified lincoln.
