I had another excellent experience with this service department. All Jeep service centers in the Los Angeles area are extremely busy due to Jeep dealership closures over the last several years. What makes it somewhat bearable is the efficiency of this service department and their great service advisors. My advisor Joe Dithomas was wonderful: very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt that he was looking out for me. He remained in regular contact with me throughout the process with updates regarding my car and service needs.

My New/Old Jeep!

Recently I visited my Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Dealership on S. Figueroa St. to turn in my leased Jeep for a new one. Since I retired several years ago and am now on a fixed income, I was stressed about a new, higher payment on another new leased Jeep. Then I met Ernesto Arroyo in the leasing department. He understood my situation and showed me some options. Since I had very low mileage, Ernesto suggested I buy my lease out. Wow! I liked my Jeep but worried how could I do it.. No problem for Ernesto. Since I had good credit, he took the time to arrange all the financing and got me a new monthly payment that was comfortable for me. I happily drove out with my "New/Old Jeep feeling like a valued customer. Love all the staff there always helpful and understanding. Many thanks to Curtis, Luciano, Jeremy and, of course, Ernesto. Joe Di-Thomas is very friendly and knows his stuff. As a women he was very easy to talk to in regards what I needed for my Jeep. I enjoyed his customer service aswell as the waiting time for my car to be ready.

Such a great experience it was simple painless and relatively quick compared to other dealerships. My Salesperson was fantastic and made the overall process so pleasant. Liliana Sandoval did a wonderful job. Aside from being knowledgeable she was also not pushy and related to us on a personal level.

I am so glad I found Henry Martinez at LA CJDR and took the trip across town to get my Jeep serviced there. Henry did an excellent job communicating with me and making sure all of my issues were resolved. After what I can only describe as a repeatedly horrible experience at a different dealership's service center, I will only be taking my vehicle to Henry Martinez at LA CJDR from now on. Extremely satisfied.

Sales rep Fransisco Menendez did a great job helping me evaluate the large inventory of new vehicles at two different lots to find the exact unit to meet my specs. He then came in on his day off to deliver the car in perfect condition and with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Francisco as the sales rep to go to at LA CDJR.

Devonte Devaughn was a great resource to find and buy my car. Not many were made so the search was difficult. Devonte was honest and trustworthy the whole process. Highly recommend him as at least an inquiry to give him a chance to earn your business. Most dodge dealerships are ridiculously overpriced right now. This dealership was fair and upfront.

Anthony Mendoza was amazing! He was so helpful throughout the whole process, showed me different car models and compared them so we could figure out what was the best fit for me. Went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, he took his time and was very detailed. Helped make my first car purchase go smoothly, so thankful for his help! Recommend looking for Anthony when you go to this dealership, 10/10!

Stolen? Money still owed? Don't know, can't get answers

Car purchsed in October 2023. Still have not received the title (today is Feb 9, 2024). I get that administrative functions take time - however - I have been calling and asking anyone I can get live on the phone (even Nick the GM) and it's the same story "let me find out from the business office and I'll call you back". Never a call back, just me chasing people over and over for months. Not even sure if this amount of delay or non-disclosure of info is legal. Title needs to be delivered within a certain timeframe? Disappointing and kinda sketchy. Happy to re-edit back to a 5-star review if someone can just tell me what steps have been taken to release the title, when those steps were taken, what steps remain and when the title will be put into the mail for overnight delivery. Feel free to call me back Nick with that specific info please, just not another "business office is working on it" update. You have my number. Complaint filed with CA DMV and counsel retained for prompt resolution and/or compensation.

Our salesperson Kenji Getz was very helpful and patient with my wife and I while we were trying out our new used-car we eventually bought from LACDJR. The Finance Manager, Rusben Guevara was also very helpful and did not try to hard sell any "add ons" at closing time.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new Trailhawk. Kenji Getz has been wonderful from the beginning. His attitude, genuine interest in our needs, kindness and knowledge make him a terrific person to deal with. We actually had a small issue with the car and Kenji took care of it immediately and within a day actually drove it back out to us. The dealership is managed by a lovely person as well. Curtis was great and both he and Kenji have taken great care of us. Kenji will definitely be our go to at the dealership when we purchase our next vehicle. Great experience.
