My salesperson was Alex. Alex is sooooo down to earth. I met Mike also. Mike is soooo down to earth. I purchased a LEXUS SUV from them and had left my old cd's in the trade in. When I told Alex he checked the old SUV, they weren't there, then he checked the office and they were there... YEAHHHHH! The lady in the office was so nice and considerate. They have extremely high quality used vehicles. They even offer extended warranty coverage, which is equivalent to a new car... this is a win win advantage. I showed them the EDMUND'S discount offer and they honored it without any hesitation and advised me on how to get the rest of my Edmund offers. They accept cash and they have numerous finance entities. The only problem I have is figuring out the amenities and features on the SUV... BUT... I have a manual to guide me... time to get my gas card from Edmund's IF... IF I buy another vehicle, it will be from them. Blessings to European Auto House for prosperity and wellness so they can continue to service the public.
