My experience is always spot on from arriving to leaving. However there’s always a couple of guys in the service department at the desks who seems to be annoyed when I ask them questions about my car. They could definitely be more welcoming and provide better customer service. But other than those 2, I’m pretty satisfied.

I had the best time getting my Ford Mustang GT350 serviced at Airport Marina Ford. Not only was I met immediately by my service advisor, Gene, but also all of the staff treated me with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. It was a quick service by experienced technicians....the car was returned immaculate, sanitized and working fabulous. And the price was very reasonable! No wonder I love driving my GT350 and servicing it at Airport Marina! No other place to go!!
