These people are very unorganized and have no integrity! They dont care about the customer nor do they care about inconvieniencing you! Be prepared to get harassing calls if they (financing lady/MOE) mess up on the paperwork. They called my husband 10 times while he was at work! I had planned on buying another car and recommended my friend to go and buy a car there. Not anymore! This place was a big mistake caused a lot of stress and headache! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Everyone gets approved in this dealer .... 😂 but once you been approved and give them that money you’ve worker so hard for and sign the contract you are in worst problems ... I bought a truck from them on July 30th everything seemed great but on July 31 the second day boom! 4 dashboard warning lights some up and one of ten was the check engine!!! I called them and They tell me that they’ll fix it... and send it to a dealer where it’s ends up getting in a car accident at the dealer they took it! But after that they clean their hands and say that since it got hit at the dealer that their is nothing they can do no more to blame the dealer for it now so I ask my self what kinds of people are these lol ... anyways I just want to give you guys a heads up people work so hard for their money and for someone To just take it like that!!! Heads up if anyone gets approved here it’s not good!!! I had to give it a 1 star in order for me to write a review but they don’t deserve any!!

For about a year have been going dealer to dealer where they "guaranteed" approval but have been turned down from all. Except for metro auto in la habra they knew how 5o back their approval guarantee to the dot...also good help from Rick for the assistance on the lot.

After a lot of blah blah blah, got a car which 1 week after it wouldnt turn on. They changed battery. 1 more week car was running weird, took it back to Metro Auto... After 3 days got it back, they said car is good... Another week and car was acting up, didnt run good and had some signals on like Check Engine. My mechanic said Catalytic Converter was bad. Took car back to Metro Auto on the 33rd day. They tried to tell me it was passed the 30 day guarantee, but they took it. After almost 2 weeks they said car was ready, they has sent it to the dealer, repair was very expensive, etc. I requested a list of the problems car had and of the repairs done... Isaac Manager refused to give me any information and told me just take the car and be sure we did fixed all the problems. In 2 more weeks car started running weird again and nos stopped running because of a bad Catalytic Converter!!! This car don't pass smog check and they knew it. I Will never recommend this dealer to anyone

Probably the WORST place you could go. They told me I’m approved through credit union, “X”% down, “X” payment per month, 0 down if under 150k miles. No problem. Find a Nissan Titan ‘08 with 68k miles and the salesman Mike then proceeds to tell us it’s “bank policy” to have a 2k down payment for this car even though the BANK approved us for 0 down under 150k miles. Right....[non-permissible content removed]. Then called my wife a waste of time...I’d stay away. Pictures to come since Mike was smart enough to say every via text.

Barley had a job had just moved out 18 years old with no credit i had a strict 1000 dollar down payment they worked with me the whole time made it easy and got me the vehicle i wanted super easy took 2 days before i was driving my car. I tell everyone to go here.
