I felt I was mislead and lied to I would never purchase another vehicle and now that I am stuck with this I would definitely not go in for service at that location very bad reviews other customers with complaints of bad service and overcharging!

Incompetent & predatory staff

Wasted two hours of my Memorial Day with this tiny Dealership of misfits. Arrived there with a 770+ credit score and $15k + in cash, offered $700 less than offical Truecar pricing to sales person Joshua, OK'd by Mgr. Paul................ 1:45 later they attempted to up-charge $6,000 !! .... both pointed at each other saying they didn't hear my offer ?? ..My Attorney advised that I collect all my personal data [non-permissible content removed] harvested and leave the property. Please protect yourself, avoid this Dealer.

Johnny Fregoso and Ingrid. I saw the Kia I wanted when I arrived at the dealership. I asked for Johnny because he had called me. He made the car buying experience easy, fun and professional. He was so accommodating and put up with my friend and me with good humor and patience. Ingrid was so nice, so sweet. She explained complicated financial matters easily and patiently. She got a good deal for me on the Premium Warranty. I am grateful for all the nice people I met there. And I love my new car. Johnny said if I had any questions about the navigation system, he would go through it with me. When I bought my Mazda in Kansas City, no one offered to help.

Was interested in an Optima and Car Pros had a better idea pricE than other Kia DealerS. Called them after I knew exactly which model I wanted and obtained haggle free internet price. By the time I arrived Katelyn had most of the paperwork ready and the process was smooth as advertised.

No time wasted

What can I say? Well, easy. The best buying experience yet. Moe H. was one of the best car salesman I've encounter in a very long while. I've bought lots of cars and I know it's not easy to find honest individuals in that business. I'm very happy with my 2015 Sorento Limited and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I got a great deal and great service. And to top it off there was no hassle. I went to 3 Kia dealers until found the one that wasn't playing games and wasting my time. The 1st one I went to was Kia Depot, they were decent but didn't have the car I wanted. And the other 2! Wow! They were absolutely horrible, Kia of Irvine and Kia of Garden Grove. They both were trying to tell me that I had to buy an extended warranty for me to get the price they quoted me. I don't think that's legal and they should be punished for that. If you can't honor your quotes, then why give them?. Come to find out they have the same owner. No coincidence there, for sure. If you don't want to waste time and be jerked around, go to Car Pros Kia in Huntington Beach and ask for Moe H. Thank you Moe job well done !!

One thing I love is to not to be pressured & feel comfortable. And that's exactly how Moe H. was.After having a horrible experience in kia in Irvine, who told me that the car I wanted was here when it really wasn't, I gave Moe a chance because he was so nice from A to Z. He confirmed that he had the car in stock for me over the phone & had me pass by instantly & got the job done. His knowledge on the car was on point and let me make my own choices with no pressure. Thank you guys for the awesome experience, I will definitely refer more of my friends & family to you.

This is a slimy dealership and they use every trick in the auto trade, these guys make used car salesman look like Angels. They low balled my trade in I had to make numerous phone calls and listen to "the check is in the mail" excuses and wait over 30 days to finally go pick up my cash back in person They tried to leave my cash back out of the contract My bad, I negotiated for a 36 month lease and they wrote it for 48 months---- my bad I should have read that part better Just goes to show you they come in at every angle and although we were discussing a 36 month ad that they were advertising they wrote it for 48. Go to ANY other dealer!

I've never dealt with SHADIER, SLEAZIER people in my life! My salesperson was Felicia, but I only dealt with her for a small fraction of the time there and she was actually quite pleasant. The majority of my time at Car Pros was with the "Sales Manager," Pepe. We decided that the 2013 Optima was the best car for my child and I, and started the process of leasing. The model and color I wanted was at a "storage lot" in Carson, so I was sent home with a loaner vehicle until the one I wanted was delivered to the lot (the following day). However, that same first night, I went into the Finance Office and completed my Lease Contract and other paperwork in the meantime. Everything was complete... or so I thought. I returned after work the next evening to take delivery of the model/color vehicle I requested. THAT is when the shadiness began. Suddenly Pepe informed me that I needed a cosigner. Ummm...what? I already signed my paperwork.... He assured me that whether it was a lease or a purchase, this car was "mine." I took the car home. ELEVEN DAYS after bringing the car home, I started receiving phone calls from Pepe (sales manager) and Andy (finance dept.) claiming there was a "problem" with my lease. Wait a sec... my lease clearly states that if there's a "problem" with financing, the Lessor (Car Pros) needs to notify me within 10 days. Suddenly their "urgent" phone calls are trying to convince me to come in to the dealership to re-sign my contract for a higher monthly payment - over $100 MORE a month! I refused. So they said that I could continue with my original lease (OMG it's a miracle! What a coincidence!!), as long as I prove my income. No problem! As I work mainly off tips, I started depositing them nearly every day, and was able to prove I make much more than what they claimed I needed. I faxed the income docs to them and never heard back. I thought everything was fine and the docs were exactly what they needed to leave me alone. Oh boy, was I wrong!! After working 12 days straight, I enjoyed a lovely day off with my little boy. Right after putting him to bed and settling in for the night, I hear my car alarm going off. I run to the window & see a TOW TRUCK hooked up to my car! This was 22 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR!!! I ran outside & spoke to the tow truck driver. He said that good 'ol Car Pros told him that he was there to take possession of my vehicle, because it was a "rental" that I "refused to return." WTF??? I ran inside to grab my lease - and a million other papers - only to have him tell me that although my paperwork IS LEGIT, there's nothing he can do & he has to continue towing the car. Luckily he was gracious enough to let me remove my son's car seat and other personal belongings. Let me just tell you how embarrassing it is to have your car "repo'd" in front of 40 of your closest neighbors. So what do you do when you're a single parent & you need to take your child to school early the next morning when your car was "repo'd" the night before? Well, you wake your child up even earlier & WALK WITH HIM 2 1/2 MILES in the brisk morning air. THANKS CAR PROS! I got to CAR PROS promptly when they opened at 9 am. I demanded my BMW back (my original car/trade-in). Here come more Car Pros games... because suddenly they "couldn't give me my car because I 'refused to give the Kia's keys to the tow truck driver.'' After I proved that I did, in fact, give the keys to the tow truck driver, I was THEN told that they "couldn't find my BMW." After they [non-permissible content removed] me about that for a good 1/2 hour, I was told that they "located my BMW in the service lot" (which is AT the same dealership, shocker!!). After they "found" my car, they suddenly couldn't "find the keys." I was arguing for my own car/car keys for OVER AN HOUR until they "found" them. Know what this did? This made me LATE FOR WORK! Why were they stalling so much? Because they wanted me to wait for the GM to arrive so that he could talk me into resigning a different contract. There is/was NO WAY I would EVER do business there EVER AGAIN after what they'd put me through. Did I mention that after finally getting to work (hour late!) I was yelled at by my boss, suspended for one day (and therefore losing pay), and yet had to deal with 17 CALLS FROM CAR PROS WITHIN 3 HOURS??? They blew up my phone in efforts to get me back into that dealership to sign a new contract. HELL NO!!! This dealership is the biggest SCAM - EVER!!! They will clearly stop at NOTHING to try and make extra money off any person who walks in their doors. It was a SCAM to try and make me re-sign my contract for OVER $100 MORE A MONTH!! It was a SCAM to tow my car and try to make me re-sign the contract after being forced into the dealership!!! It's a SCAM to call me 17 TIMES that same day trying to get me back in there to re-sign even after I got my old car back. [non-permissible content removed] CAR PROS!

My wife, (young son) and I had a fantastic experience buying our first KIA vehicle at Car Pros KIA HB. We own two Toyotas and a Honda and KIA was not among our Top 3 brand choices until I read the Edmund's review on the KIA Sorento and we actually visited the Car Pros KIA dealership. Working with Sam (Sales) and Andy (Finance) at Car Pros put KIA at the top of our list. Sam was extremely attentive, helpful, courteous, and professional. He found the exact model and features we wanted and he made our car-buying experience a very pleasant one by getting us a deal we couldn't pass up while sparing us the typical "buy now" dealer pressure (by allowing us to sleep on it). Andy continued the terrific customer service by maximizing our discounts and thoroughly answering all of our financing questions. We can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for an awesome deal on an impressive vehicle, please treat yourself to a great experience at Car Pros KIA Huntington Beach!
