Paolo was the best with helping me find my perfect car, after a long day of going to different dealerships where the service did not compare to Fletcher Jones. I will be willing to make the drive from SF to Fremont dealership for all my future car purchases.

Please guys, If you really want a elegance, comfortable and safe driving go to Mercedes-Benz at Fremont 💯 percent sure you can get a very nice car. I have GLS 450 Mercedes-Benz and this is my fourth suv from Mercedes-Benz all at Fremont dealership. I’m very happy with it. Excellent service love it! Marvin has been exceptional in my car buying. The options I wanted was in short supply, he spent a lot of time finding the vehicle that I wanted, reached out to multiple other Merceds dealers and got the car to my hand in one week from the day we started. He alway responded very quickly, he was transparent, kept me in the loop on the available cars and progress. The rest of the financing and signing process at Fletcher Jones was also very smooth and transparent.
