Rudy in the service shop is great and such a welcoming guy, and so help full! I always feel like no matter the question if he doesn't know the answer he'll get right back to me asap with an answer, also Artimeza os such a nice person on the phone and very helpful going out of her way to track a service member down for any questions i had. You guys have a great team!

Review of the service at Folsom Lake Kia.

Among the things that I like to see is that they acknowledged my arrival, completed the paperwork and explained the servicing being done. However, the service rep did one more thing that I liked. I had some questions on what some of the clusters of electronics were for near the rear view mirror and on the dash, and he explained them. That is simple but nice.

Folsom Kia was awesome.

The service employee who helped us made us feel as if we were important and he worked very hard to get answers and find solutions. We had 167k on the engine but he suspected the problem was related to a recall from a couple of years ago and pushed to have it investigated. Turns out he was right and they replaced the engine with and a brand new engine and all the belts and accessories as well, at no cost to us. They even got a rental at no cost for the 2 weeks we waited.
