Going Above and Beyond

Kenny at Motor City of Bakersfield is amazing! He over delivered in my expectations and provided one of the best car buying experiences I ever had! I reached out to Motor City Bakersfield because I knew they were one of a few dealerships that sells Lexus' at MSRP currently. Kenny picked up the phone and was straight forward with me at the very beginning. I understood that there is a wait time due to supply chain issues and was already waiting at another dealership for an allocation. He was very clear at setting the expectation for the vehicle and provided me with all the info I needed. I told him exactly what I was looking for. He was very responsive to all my questions. I placed a deposit with Kenny and by the weekend Kenny had found a car at another dealership matching what I was looking for. I didn't expect to get the car right away and thought I had to wait for an allocation. I was not able to make it into the dealership as I live in the Bay Area so Kenny was able to deliver the car to me and arrange the paperwork to be done by overnight mail. Maricela was great at going over all of the options with me and answered all of my questions with financing. The car was delivered to me this morning by another friendly person from the dealership. I was impressed that Kenny was able to get the car I wanted in 2.5 weeks and treated me like a valued customer. Compared to the other dealership I was working with who treated me like another number and didn't really care about making things happen. If you need a Lexus I recommend Motor City Lexus and Kenny because they will make things happen! It doesn't matter where you live, they will make sure you get the car you want! I plan to work with Motor City Lexus for all my future car buying needs!

It was very welcoming and it didn't involve any pressure nor haggling. Loved the service provided and the extra time they took to make sure we were accommodated and felt comfortable.

The transaction was very satisfactory in the purchase of a new 2016 Canyon an the purchase by Motor City (or trade in) of my two vehicles.We came up with a fair deal for both party's. Steve Floyd made every effort to make be happy with the price as well as the service I can expect.

I am extremely happy with Robert at Lexus. He was very helpful and no hassles. I traded my 2010 ES 350 and got the 2016 I wanted and I feel I got a very good deal on my trade in. He was very helpful in finding a financing program to fit my monthly payment budget. I have been very happy with the way I am treated from purchasing to the service department. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Great job Lexus peeps!

What a great experience I had trading in my used Lexus RX 350 and leasing my new Lexus 200t sports package. The service is outstanding and Peter, my salesmen was the BEST! And so knowledgeable about my car!! Love all the folks at Motor City Lexus and look forward to seeing them in three years to lease my next Lexus!!

Sweet 16 and saved her life

We bought this car for our daughters sweet 16 because t was a beautiful, safe and sporty car. She feel in love at first sight. We had no idea that almost a year later she would be hit by someone running a red light. The car was amazing and did its job. It kept our daughter safe and alive. Needless to say we got her another one and the people at Motor City were amazing to us and her. Did everything they could to make her happy and easy on us.

My husband and I had a great experience at Motor City Lexus. There was a slight mix up with the paperwork but the staff took such great care of us and solved the issues seamlessly. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to Bakersfield to come to this dealership based on recommendations from friends and family. Rocky and Ali provided excellent service and made the drive absolutely worthwhile! The service at this dealership made us feel like very highly valued customers. We were provided with a wide selection of cars and enough space to thoroughly inspect, test, and decide on which would be best for us. The dealer gave us an excellent, no runaround price in our price range and made the buying experience go extremely smoothly. This has definitely been the best car buying experience I've had and will be returning for my next car.
