Great Deal!

Had looked all over and didn’t find anything that was in our price range. If it was affordable it didn’t have anything on it. In about 15 minutes Jerry Corley at Rhodes Chevrolet had the perfect little SUV for us. It was a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer with remote start, heated seats, safety features, great mileage and the best part..it was pretty! We got the best deal too after spending a couple months looking. The owner David Neal even stopped to visit with us and told us thanks for coming in and for doing business with them. That is a rare thing these days. Another thing that is rare is no markup from MSRP on their vehicles and no silly additions for a couple thousand dollars. Our Trailblazer even came with carpeted floor mats and a temporary spare tire with jack. Most cars these days don’t even have a spare so roadside service wouldn’t do you any good. Thanks again Rhodes!

I stopped there to get an oil change. While I was there, I decided to see if I could trade my truck in on a SUV. They actually gave me more of a trade in value than I had expected. Paul, the salesperson, was very helpful and courteous. He and Richard in the finance department got me approved on a perfect SUV, but then my husband didn't like it. The team, got that deal undone and got me into a different one. Finally, I decided I wanted a vehicle that they did not have in stock. The entire team at Rhodes worked so hard to get me the vehicle that I really wanted. I appreciate their patience and diligence in getting me that vehicle instead of sticking me with one that my husband and I couldn't both love. We love our new red Equinox. Thank you Paul, Richard, and everyone else who played a part. I have been getting my oil changed there and a few other things for a couple of years. The service department is always great as well. Good job fixing - completed in a timely manner and early. Used extended warranty for the claim - did not like paying sales tax and deductible - thought warranty should not be with deductible & sales tax. will pay more attention next time I purchase this.

I think they do a good job. A little high on tires for replacement but all around good work. I still think there is an issue with the brake system.

My appointment was for 10 and even though they had talked to me a couple time, at 1 I was still waiting. Additional work needed to be done but I didn't have time. They explained that they were 2 techs short and their computer had gone down for some time. They much have apologized a dozen times and I ended up with a discount and a card for a discount on the remaining work to be done. I have an appointment next Wednesday and will continue to use Rhodes because they do offer good and friendly service and I know how things can go sometimes and I believe they handled it well all things considered.

We live in Oklahoma and my son's transmission developed trouble when he was returning to college from break. His auto roadside service company offered little help. Jerry at Rhodes Chevrolet helped arrange a rental car to get him back to college 7 hours away and then he stayed late on a Friday so my son could pick up his car after it was repaired. He even helped him arrange to get the rental car returned after hours when he was delayed. Rhodes provided prompt service, estimates of costs, and followed through with the repair as promised. They completed a new recall repair we didn't even know about yet. Their service was great!
