I was over 1500 miles from home when a check engine light came on in my 2019 RAM 2500 diesel pickup. I pulled into the dealership and the service advisor, Alex Laredo, immediately connected a diagnostic computer and determined that I needed a part that was very difficult to obtain due to supply chain issues. Alex and the service/parts manager guided me through the process of connecting with RAM care. I returned home by plane and Alex kept me informed of the situation in Wickenburg. He demonstrated that he really cared about my predicament and he did everything within his power to assist me.

There is never any additional waiting for your vehicle to be completed. I have gone to Sanderson Ford where it would take 3 for an oil change. At Jones Ford I’m out in 45 min to an hr plus it’s a beautiful ride up to Wickenberg, always a pleasure to see the most courteous and respectful employees.
