onMy husband and I had a great experience at Watson Chevrolet. Our sales rep, Dan, and the general manager, John, are fantastic individuals and were so helpful. They answered all questions and concerns we had and continue to be accessible after our purchase. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Watson in the last few years and this time around was even more pleasant than the last. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help . We are definitely going to go back to Watson when my husband needs to purchase a new car soon. They truly deserve acknowledgment for their great service.

onNot sure that the RECALL issues with our vehicle were looked at like I asked. It doesn't appear on our receipt, no comments or details regarding the 2 recall issues. I don't want issues with our new vehicle.

onI had a problem with the air conditioning in my truck. I scheduled an appointment and it was taken care of within the day. While it was there they also took care of a recall on the vehicle, so I wouldn't have to bring it back again.

onHad my car later than expected. Was given a free rental through Enterprise, but had to pay insurance for the rental on my own.. Over $100. Not really expected when I'm getting warranty work and recall work done. Michael Droubie was a good rep to work with though.

Pleasantly Surprised

onFrankly I was surprised. Usually I get the feeling at a dealership that they are doing me a favor by taking me as a customer. That was not the case here. After leaving two phone calls for Brandon and never getting a call back I figured here we go again. But I received a call from Julio who was very nice and we made an appointment that was convenient for me. When I arrived Luis helped me out, showed me to the customer lounge which was stocked with coffee, fresh fruit and sweet rolls, comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere. I was there for about an hour which was acceptable. Luis came and got me and I was on my way. And this was for a factory recall. If your salespeople are as courteous and helpful as Luis was, you've got a winning combination. Depending on your car pricing and based on the service I receive I would consider Watson Chevrolet in the future.

onMy service rep Robert Ruiz has repeatedly responded to my service requests quickly and in a professional manner! Most times I wait for my car and when I do he keeps me appraised of the progress in a timely manner. I have never been left to wonder what the heck is going on. He also informs me what issue has been discovered in terms that are easily understandable. His time estimate to job completion have been spot on each time. Recently my wife had issues with her Cruze while in Phx. The dealership she took the car to was not helping her in the way I have grown accustom to. I contacted Robert had he played a big role in solving the issue my wife was having. Robert is one of the best service reps I have delt with at Watson! Well if you are wondering if Robert offered me pizza to write this about him..... Well he didn't.... :) He really takes care of me, my wife and our vehicles!

onAbsolutely love this dealership! They know how to treat their customers! I purchased a new 2014 Chevy Malibu on Costco's recommendation, several weeks ago. Last week while driving down the street a box flew from the sky and slammed into the hood of my car, scratched and dented it. They are repairing for me and have loaned me a 2015 Malibu to drive for FREE, while my car is in their shop. That's Awesome customer service in my book!
