Went in to look at a vehicle, met by a professional who really was no hassle, no pressure and a good human being. Couldn’t be happier

This was my first experience buying a car entirely on my own. I live in another city and did the entire process through email and text messages, and was surprisingly a very pleasant experience. Brandy and Wes were so helpful and patient with me, even had my car delivered to my house for me. Car was super clean and detailed as promised, I didn’t even have to adjust the mirrors and barely moved the seat, as if they set it up just for me. IF I had to buy something again, I’d love to work with Brandy and Wes again.

Great salesmen poor company execution

The salesmen I worked with were great. We came to a deal and thought everything was great. Turns out the vehicle was not in good shape so the deal fell through and I ended up without a truck regardless of the deal we signed. Commitment to fix the check engine light never happened and the vehicle was never delivered but instead disposed of to an auction.

We had the pleasure to deal with Jake Lau as our salesman in the Tempe location. I never write reviews but had to today due to the exceptional customer service he provided. From his knowledge of all the cars in the lot, to his honesty of what to expect with our loan terms, it was simple and easy to make a decision to get our son's car with him. It was a pleasure dealing with him. More salesmen need to take notes from his playbook. I will be recommending him to every one I know who is looking for a new or used car!

After the condisending finance manager ruined the sale on my first visit, my salesman Jalil gave me a call and I decided to give it a try a 2nd time. Sale was agreed upon and broken windshield was noted durring the test drive and I was informed auto nation would have it fixed at no charge to me. After 1 week, I recieved a call from my salesman Jalil that autonation was working on it. 2 weeks later and im still driving around with the broken windshield.

The Nissan service was top notch. I had an information error code, and they gave me a clear explanation of why it was generated (heat related due to living in Arizona LOL). I requested a same day oil change while I was dropping the car off and it was done by noon. Fast, efficient, and top quality.

Initial service spinning was great

I bright my car in for random service light turning on. Met with a service tech & initial appointment was informative but trying to get a response/advice to respond/schedule fixing my vehicle leaves a lot to be desired. This is the SECOND Nissan dealership I have encountered the same situation. I was told by my warranty company to try another dealer ( tempe location) and it’s the same outcome. I need service to my vehicle before my stent expires, this is very frustrating.
