Not great customer service

onThey aren't bad about contacting you following inquiries. I arrived when Eric set the time, he was still at lunch apparently but I was gone in less than 20 minutes. I asked about how negotiable the price was, "We don't dick around with that" was the response. Told to my face that the military personnel and retirees make it easy to charge what they want and the numbers I had from KBB were wrong to cite.

Amazing Customer Service!

onMy best car buying experience yet! Mr.Pablo Xibile was super helpful and knowledgeable about the RAV4 I was looking for. I never felt pressured or like I was being circled by sharks like all of the other dealerships I visited. They were straight to the point about everything and didn't try to add anything on at the end like the other places I visited. I'm so happy with my purchase and I feel taken care of with this purchase.

onJust purchased a 2013 Avalon and traded my Tacoma, they made it very easy to do business again. This is my sixth car from Sierra Toyota and I have always felt great buying without any high pressure tactics

onI bought from this dealership years ago and they were not that bad... now they are horrible. They have no respect for your time and are not willing to sell their cars at a decent price. Go to Tucson if you want a Toyota.

onI found the sales staff to be one of the best I have dealt with in purchasing over 20 different cars. The sales manager was upfront and honest in all his dealings, they showed me all the information they were looking at when dealing with my trade in and what their costs were with the new car (this information was consistent with my research prior to going to buy the Camry. While I did not buy the car because I was not getting what I wanted from my trade in (Car Fax showed an issue with the millage on the car) I left the dealership impressed whith how the do business. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to do business with them again because I would save that much money going with Sierra Toyota. Their doc fee is the lowest in the area as well.
