Look for Amazing Mr. Reyes.

by RayRay_S on 03/17/2017

I purchased an Impreza here a couple of years ago and I went back here to purchase another car for my wife recently. Mr. Reyes helped us throughout the buying experience without being hassled. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions accordingly. He helped us get an amazing deal that I ended up trading my old car for two brand new 2017 SUVs! Would definitely buy another car from him. Overall, great staff, great service!

fine group of people

by Bentley on 03/16/2017

I believe in the Peoria dealership you have a fine group of people in all aspects of auto buying from the salesperson (Bob Shotwell) to finance and all in between. My wife and I were very impressed with the help and honesty we received. You have a fine group of individuals in your dealership. We love our Subaru so thank you.

10/10 review

by Sroe4927 on 03/12/2017

Peoria Subaru was great in helping me find the perfect car, I ended up leaving with a BRZ after Spencer and Amanda helped me find the right one. Negotiating was not hard and I left with what I thought was a good price.

Sale Experience

by Waddellgal on 02/17/2017

Had to replace my much loved 2006 CRV with 223,000 mi. ; had researched the Forester, but wasn't looking forward to the dealership experience. Fortunately I connected with Arlene Reyes,Sales Rep; he was informative and tuned to what I was looking for, and my budget. My vehicle has been in transit, and I'm due to take delivery tomorrow. Here's hoping the rest of the process is as painless.....

Very Disappointed

by glendale99 on 05/07/2016

Walked out of finance guys' office in the middle of signing papers on a new Subaru. I told him I didn't want their "extended warranty" for $2200 and he wouldn't back off. For me, the deal was cancelled. Two weeks later I get a check from DMV for a refund of the tags on the trade-in - that I didn't trade-in. Immediately went to DMV and found out that the plates on my current vehicle (the trade-in) had been cancelled by Peoria Subaru in anticipation of the new car sale (which I didn't finalize.) Been driving around for two weeks without a registered plate on my original vehicle. Spent two hours at DMV getting this straightened out plus an extra fee for the paperwork. First time in 40 years of car buying I ever walked out of a new car deal, and the first time I ever had to get my tags reinstated. Pretty horrible experience - I won't be back to Peoria Subaru. Good luck dealing with these guys.

(Subaru) Sales Review

by HappyJoan on 08/20/2015

Bob Shotwell, Sales Rep, was exceptional. Not only was he friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he owns a Subaru. Bob was neither pushy nor obnoxious, unlike other local dealerships. Finance Manager, Service Reps and Parts Dept were also outstanding. A family-owned dealership definitely makes a huge difference in ensuring customer satisfaction. Peoria Subaru and Staff should be commended for implementing a strong customer focused environment.

Excellent Dealer

by carey7 on 07/21/2013

Leased an impreza here for my son after the local chandler supposed super dealer tried ripping me off. I called these guys on the phone because there website showed they had the car my son wanted. I spoke to them to confirm they had the car and the total pricing. Everything was correct so I made the 55 mile journey there and got exactly what I was promised. They bent over backwards to accommodate us! Every single person there was very friendly. They are a true family dealership

Dishonest and lack of accountability

by Vbrooks on 04/13/2013

Peoria Subaru (aka Moore Jeep Chrysler), Issue 1: On the last service visit roughly 4 weeks ago, i'd brought my Subaru in for service @ Peoria Subaru mainly because they have a technician who works there that I trust with my car. Unfortunately, he was not working on this particular Saturday and my time is limited so it was left in the hands of another tech. After the service, they pulled my car forward and I'd immediately noticed a ding on the fender where it appears they'd pulled up on it in an effort to raise it onto their lift for service. The advisor was notified and he instantly blamed it on a possible rubbing from my tire. I'd made him aware there was no rubber marks, scuffing, etc and certainly knew it wasn't there before. He promised to have his manager call the following monday to attempt to resolve the issue which never happened. 1 week later they called for a follow up survey which I'd mentioned the ding and still no reply after the survey call. Issue 2: Driving to work, I'd heard a light crackle, not a rock, or any other debris, before my sunroof exploded! Sounds crazy, but Edmunds and several other websites can verify that sunroofs occasionally explode from either cabin pressure differences or due to a defect in the manufacturing of the glass. Against my better judgement, my car went back to Peoria Subaru to start the warranty process with Subaru and get my sunroof repaired under warranty. This was on a Wednesday and the advisor said Subaru would contact me within a day or two for the issue of coverage. After checking the status with Peoria, the advisor claimed he never heard from Subaru. Fed up, I'd called on the following Saturday and still no information, so we contacted Subaru directly. Subaru had advised us that Subaru had notified Peoria Subaru the day after my car was dropped off and due to the information from Peoria Subaru, they would not cover under warranty since Peoria claimed it was from rock damage that first hit my roof, then the sunroof. My sunroof to this day has zero rock damage and no idication that anything hit my sunroof! I'd challenged Subaru to send a rep to see for themselves since Peoria Subaru had provided false information and am currently awaiting a response. Issue 3: After going through my insurance for the repair Peoria Subaru ordered my sunroof and replaced it with what I'm hoping at this point is a genuine factory part. They said it was completed so upon arrival guess what there was more of? Body damage such as scratches on the upper A-Pillar passenger side, scratches on the driver side front fender, and the remaining pieces of broken glass rolling around in my headliner on every turn. I'd notified Subaru of America at that time of Peoria Subarus business practices and that's when Peoria Subaru called me back after that email in an effort to rectify the situation and make repairs on the damages that their dealership caused and finish the job of my sunroof and the remaining broken glass rattling around everywhere in my headliner. Issue 4: This is where we start to see a pattern in either my foolishness for trusting this sleezy place or in Moore groups lack of customer service, apathy, etc. I'd allowed them to once again, try to fix the scratches, the fender ding from a few weeks ago, and once and for all be done with this aggravation. Peoria Subaru/Moore provided a rental car and gave their excuses of why everything happed the way it did and my hope was they were sincere. WRONG! Picked up my car this afternoon and again they took no responsibility for the fender ding, there was still scratches, and my bumper was unfastened and pulled away from the front fender! Guess the car wasn't ready after all! The manager offered me service coupons for my troubles!!! LOL!!! Thanks but no thanks!!! This place doesn't get that compensation, or coupons isn't what everybody is looking for! Accountability, and fixing what you're responsible for is the right answer!!! If you're reading this even years later, just know that it's a family business as they proudly exclaim and that some things clearly don't change...

Confirm registration process if you are out of state

by subowner2 on 06/15/2012

Sales associate was very familiar with the product. Finance person was very unfriendly and condescending. He is the reason we would not buy there again. This dealership may not be familiar with your states vehicle registration process if you live outside of AZ. It took us nearly 3 months and multiple phone calls to the dealer, our DMV, and Subaru finance to get our vehicle registered in our home state. The dealer may be an ok place to purchase if you are an AZ resident and are assisted by a different finance person.
