Excellent car purchasing experience. The dealership went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted to purchase, Our sales representative did not pressure us in any way during the process. All of our questions were answered. The paperwork was fast and efficient. We will definitely look to Harbin Ford again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Harbin Ford from the same sales person, Bob Card. Not only has he always been respectful and very helpful, he has made it easy to consider him a friend. Harbin is, bar none, the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Their service department is second to none as well.

2011 Mustang used

I purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang. I am very pleased with the car so far and thanks so much for the warranty and peace of mind because of the high mileage.There were a few things that would have made the experience a little better. When I left the lot I didn't have insurance on the car every other time i have bought a car the dealer made sure the car was insured.When I arrived at Redstone to open an account the Loan officer said he was trying to find a way to make me a member of the credit union which kinda freaked me out until he said that i could give a 15 dollar donation to the Ark of Jackson county which i thought was cool.Finally i was not told that the vehicle was wrecked or shown the damage of the car when i first viewed it. I raised the hood to find that the front of the vehicle was spliced and welded on the outside tabs. I could not sell this vehicle to someone with out letting them know the issues on it.The best part of the experience was the Finance Guy. He lowered my payment and got me a great rate on my car.

I brought my Explorer in for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, Laura kept me informed of anything else they may have found that needed attention. I had a faulty battery which was under warranty. I appreciated the efficiency and friendliness of everyone. Thank you!

As usual, Harbin helped us find the car we wanted (Ford Fusion Titanium) at a price we liked. Bobby Card has now sold us 4 cars and every time kept searching until he found exactly what we wanted even if they had to bring it from a dealer in another state. Mike in Finance always finds the better loan rates than we can find on our own. We have brought from other dealers but Harbin is worth the 2 hour drive because they always treat us right.

I will recommend Harbin to my friends and family. We are so pleased with our purchase. I never had a SUV and I just love it. We found 1 issue with our SUV and Harbin agreed to take care of it. Our overall experience was pleasant and we were treated with respect and the young man who helped us was very likable and done a great job. He wasn't pushy at all, which made our experience relaxing. Purchased a 2014 Ford Taurus Limited(Certified Pre Owned). Our Salesman(Mark Warren)was well versed in his knowledge of each vehicle we considered before making our final decision. Mark is probably the most 'helpful' salesman I have ever dealt with. At no point was there ANY pressure from ANYONE at this dealer. That made our entire buying experience 100% pleasurable!
