Bought my truck on Saturday, had an issue called Mike Chandler on Monday told me to bring it in and they would repair issue. Little did I know that they would give me a truck to drive while the issue was being repaired. They have definitely made me a customer for life. My sales man Josh Nichols was very professional in every aspect, made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Opelika Ford for any car or truck purchase.

Every thing was good, until I picked the truck up. I payed to have trailer braces put in my truck and was told that it would be like the factory does it, but it was not I have a brake box over my gas pedal that I did not want.i brought it to my salesman attention but he just played it off. I’m not happy with it.

Came down from out of town to look at used vehicle like I was looking for and called to qualify for it and was approved for the car I was looking at.Got a call from the salesman was very nice so set up a appointment to look @ it and test it.So I drove 69 miles (138 miles round trip) to here then couldnt get what I was looking for.I could have got a new car or pre owned car but not the one of the 3 I was looking at which was a 2005 Mustang..But was also interested in the 2003 Lincoln Town Car and Chrysler 300 .The salesman was very nice and wanted to deal with me but dealership didnt.. Not his fault..Which is ok..Looked and found something at the Nissan of Newnan and got car like I was looking for

This dealership does not stand behind there products This was the worst experience ever in 30 years of buying cars. They are selling cars that should be in auctions not dealerships.. DON'T BUY FROM THIS FORD DEALERSHIP.
