A good surprise!

Kathy and I had a great experience at your dealership. Everyone was personable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Matt was wonderful to work with and made our purchase stress and pressure free. Richard and Reed in your service dept went above and beyond what was necessary and made our experience next level. Adele made the mundane paperwork less so by connecting on a personal level. Really appreciate his help with completing the purchase by communicating with our bank. We felt valued and that we were made a priority for the short amount of time we were there. Though we were purchasing a used Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid and not a Beemer, your team made us feel special! We’ve told our 4 grown kids and the rest of our family and friends about the experience. I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. I used the online features of scheduling a test drive and someone reached out to me immediately. They put me in contact with a salesman named Patrick who greeted me upon my arrival. He was great, he didn’t press us to hard nor did he dismiss us when we needed time to discuss the purchase. The other employees were nice as well. It was a great day for us all around and I found the vehicle of my choice . Highly recommended.

First off, there were 4 people in the room and no one acknowledge me for 2 minutes even after i said Good morning. Second, the check in process needs to be simplified. Third, the car was no cleaned as promised.

I am very happy with the service and professionalism displayed by Becky Woodyard and everyone I had contact with during my last visit. They did their very best to make me and my wife comfortable while the work was done on my car. We’ve still got a few more things that I want done to my car and I plan to bring it back to them to get it done.

Not only does she care about delivering excellent service to her clients, but she is genuinely concerned about them when there are things happening that have nothing to do with the car. She had time to give you a hug and let you know that she’s thinking about you. Hugs are free at BMW of Mobile. And I needed one. Thank you Carie!!

Took our X5 in for scheduled maintenance. Asked service to put a cap on one of the tires’ air stem that was missing after we took vehicle in last time for air pressure warning note. He said he would but he didn’t. Details BMW, details.

Carrie saves the day, again

I’ve purchased 5 new BMW’s from BMW of Mobile. Overall my dealings have been good. My salesman Marcus always works for me the best he can. And I’m always greeted with smiles and good service from all the guys and gals up front. I’ve realized that’s all good, but what really matters is the service department. The majority of the sales team are great, but there are a couple that makes me feel my business doesn’t qualify to be treated as the devoted customer that I am. But, then there’s Carrie always smiling always being as helpful as possible. I know now. The Service department is the most important part of the Dealership. And if Carrie leaves BMW and goes to a Yugo dealership, I’ll be driving a Yugo. I spoke to Randy the Sevice manager who also made me feel better about the situation and I appreciate him reaching back out to me. I would like to give 1 star for the spicy employee that never fails me with the attitude not 1 time but now this makes the 2nd time. But I refuse to scar Carrie and Randy’s hard work and understanding. With that being said Carrie you get 5 stars for being the best at what you do

To much

I went to buy a bmw but instead brought a Cadillac.. After signing finna leave the salesman tells me I have to bring it in the next day the parts will be in.. ok As bringing in the ac stop working n the temperature gag… The same they bring it back to me for the next day to be fixed.. so now it’s fixed only the next day the same problem.. they keep car for 2 days.. I go back it up it’s making a noise only to get louder as the day goes by that it wasn’t making before.. call salesman n text no respond taking back in the am

best mechanics working (bmw)

This car dealership is an excellent choice. They practice making their customers happy. They work really hard to meet your schedule and while you wait for your car to get serviced they make sure you have some of the best coffee. They also make sure you are comfortable while waiting and keep checking in to give you updates on where they are on servicing your car. They also have this new system where the service person videos the findings on your car. I think this is the best thing because you can visually see what they are fixing. Thank You Bmw service group for all you continue to do for me and my car!!! I will choose bmw the next time I get ready to trade.

Carie was Wonderful

I made a wrong appointment for drop off instead of waiter. When I got to my appointment the mistake was discovered. Carie was the woman that waited on me. I was going out of town for over a week and was going to reschedule appointment when I got back to town. I left and before I could get off the property, Carie called me and told me to come back she would get someone to stay and service my car since I was going out of town. They serviced my car and had me on my way in less than an hour. Thank you Carie for going above and beyond your job. Thank you for caring.

New 2021 X1 from THE #1

My experience at BMW of Mobile, was nothing short of amazing! I had been in the market to purchase a new BMW for about a month, contacting BMW dealers in Georgia and Mississippi. After dealing with some nasty and rude salesman at Alpharetta BMW and Galleria BMW of D’iberville, I am pleased to say I have found a new BMW home, Mobile! My entire transaction was so quick, painless and informative! Hands down THE best transaction E V E R and this is my 3rd BMW! During my transaction, I met and worked closely with Mr. Jeff, Mr. Arthur, and Mr. Jaron, all wonderful guys! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and assuring!
