Best car buying experience

Recently my wife and I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from palmers Hyundai. The salesman was exceptional he was knowledgeable about the vehicles showed us what we asked to see and didn't pressure to upscale our purchase. If I ever buy another Hyundai it will be from palmers. Kind people that made the experience of car buying easy.

I Love my new Santa Fe

I was interested in several different SUVs and then I found out that Hyundai had by far the best warranty. I went to Palmers and the salesman I worked with told me everything about the vehicle and was very calm and straight forward about everything. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process and will check back when I need to replace my truck

Fraudulently misrepresenting dealership inventory

Palmer's Airport Hyundai is a poor excuse for representing the Hyundai experience. To say that this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had would be an understatement. Palmers Airport Hyundai in Mobile Alabama fraudulently misrepresented their inventory today. I communicated my interest in purchasing a vehicle listed in their inventory and was assured this vehicle was still available. I also mentioned I would be driving in from Destin FL which is approx 2.5 hours away. I asked to be notified if the vehicle was sold. I called Jeremy T. of Palmer's Airport Hyundai a total of 6 times leaving 4 messages. Two of these calls were made on the way to the dealership. Needless to say and to our disappointment the vehicle had been sold to another dealership. Disappointment turned into disgust as we were given one excuse after another as to why this occurred. Sammy W. (General Sales Manager) chose not to get involved even though he was positioned only 15 feet away out in the open. I actually had to ask to speak with him. What in the world is Hyundai doing with managers such as these? I am a manager and would not hesitate to take control of a delicate situation such as this. Truly sad to see. Once approached Mr. W. offered to pay my gas mileage but seemed unconcerned about my 6 hours spent on the road. It was obvious he wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. He also proceeded to tell my wife who was seated, to hold the hostility. Picture this, my wife is 5’2” 100 pounds, the only one seated among three men, just spent almost 3 hours getting there only to be notified that she missed her sons 14th birthday because the dealership fraudulently neglected to make a phone call. If this is what the Hyundai name is selling we will take a pass. The entire experience went from bad to worse in a few short minutes. I’m 46 years old and have never been through anything like this before. I should have known something was not right when entering the dealership as the receptionist was playing computer games. Outstanding experience

Bought a 2009 Sonata Limited 4 cyl on 7/24/09. Used Cash for Clunkers. Sales lady and manager gave a great price with little haggling. Would buy from them again. The whole experience was pleasant, no pressure.
