I made a deal with my salesperson to buy a 2012 Lounge for my wife for our 33rd wedding anniversary.I went to the bank and got the money and fedex'ed it to the dealership.The car was to be delivered on 11/21/12 to my residence. The salesperson called me the next day and said they had changed their mind and would not sell the car for the previously agreed to amount. They told me that the price would be 3000. higher than what our agreement was but they were going to give me a service contract.The store manager is [non-permissible content removed] in the sense that he never once talked to me himself or tried to come an agreement of any sort,the owner of the dealership also was unapologetic and offered nothing(so much for the'with me down the road' line).Do not believe the Fiat adds on line that say 'make us an offer.These people are [non-permissible content removed].
