Terrific Service

onMy 14 year old Ford Focus' steering column was experiencing shaking/vibration a few weeks ago - Mr. Ng at Quick Lane did a test drive and surmised that it was the engine mount(s). I made an appointment with the regular service department, who, upon their inspection, agreed with Mr. Ng's assessment. This was Thursday November 9th, and I was told that my car would be ready on Monday the 13th. Well, Monday rolls around, and not only was my car ready, but the cost was less than the gentleman at service, Mr. Bruce Williams, had originally estimated! On top of all that - I discovered that Long Lewis would actually deliver my car to me at my home - which they did. Thanks everyone!

Whoo-Hoo - New Tires!

onI drove by Long Lewis Ford on September 29, 2023 to order new Michelin Defender tires for my 2010 Ford Focus, and was happily surprised when Mr. Ng said that I could come in the next day to have them installed! The next day I was seen promptly, and the tire installation only took an hour or so. Added perk - as I was leaving, Mr.Ng handed me a rebate sheet to apply for a $100 rebate on my new tires. Awesome! - thanks everyone.

onJust had the 10,000 mile "works" service package completed on my F-150 in the Long-Lewis Quick Lane. No appointment needed. I dropped the truck off for my convenience and all work was performed as expected, the truck was available when promised, there were no surprises at checkout and checkout only took a couple of minutes. Additionally, when I went to the truck, I found a plastic protective cover on the driver's seat and a protective paper mat on the floor. Thank you, Long-Lewis, for your consistent superior service and for making it so easy for me to protect my investment! I also appreciated the timely updates to my Ford Pass maintenance records and reward points balance. I love the Ford Pass app.

onI discovered a small leak in the trunk of my nearly 14 year old Ford Focus a couple or so weeks ago - called the next day (Friday) to arrange inspection/repair at Long Lewis Ford, which they scheduled for the following Monday morning. Everyone, from the salesman Scott to the courtesy driver William, were incredibly friendly and kind; my car was repaired quickly, and I was on my way home before most folks probably had eaten lunch that day!

onRecently had my 2021 F-150 in for its first recommended service and to have two recalls cleared. Called a week ahead to make an appointment. Drop off was easy. I was expected. Requested service was performed in a professional manner with proper respect for my investment (disposable seat cover placed on driver's seat for protection). Service was completed timely and vehicle was conveniently located for my pick up. Detailed invoice and multi-point inspection report were ready at pick-up. No waiting! No surprises! Thank you Long-Lewis for vehicle service the way it should be!

onMy most recent service was for 45,000 mile maintenance. I also knew I’d probably need brake pads and rotor attention, which I did. I was in and out in just under two hours, which was great. This compares favorably with my ongoing experience at this dealership for service: very good attention to hospitality, customer care, timeliness and cost/value.

onI brought my Ford F150 in for a 10,000 mile service on a Saturday before heading out of town on Sunday and got everything done and was out of there in 45 minutes! The service provided was professional and very friendly. It was very different (much much better) than a lot of my service visits I've had in the past with different cats at other dealerships. It was Ford Quick Lane service and overall everything was fantastic.

onService was performed in appropriate time. However, I'm not sure the issue has been resolved. I still have the same vibration which I brought the vehicle in for. Very disappointing to have to revisit issues when you pay this much money for a vehicle.

It turned out there was some sort of transmission update which was performed and I only needed tires. Scott Boling took care of everything and car was ready to be picked up when I returned.

It took a little longer than anticipated and repairs were a bit more expensive that the original quote; however, the original quote did say there could be additional items to repair once they got into the job. onThe work was completed. I would like to have had more communications on the progress of the repairs. It took over 2 weeks to get warranty work completed. I had an appointment that was 2 weeks out and still took over 2 weeks to complete. I needed to call multiple time to get updates on the vehicle.
