I would like to give an enormous thanks to Beh D. Mr. D. believed in me even when I didn't and he worked so very hard to make sure that I got what I wanted 100%. Mr. D. was very friendly and took my unique case very seriously and personally, and he made sure I got what I wanted no matter what the circumstance!! I would recommend anyone I know to head straight to Serra Toyota and see Beh D. and get their new car TODAY! No matter what your circumstances they will try and try again to get you in your new car! Morgan S. in my view is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He is honest and fair. Very helpful and answers all of my questions. He seems to go out of his way for the customer.

This is our 2nd Toyota that we have bought. We dealt with Shannon on both times. We can honestly say, Shannon is honest and straight forward with you. We never felt pressure to purchase while dealing with Shannon. We could never imagine dealing with any other salesperson than him. This dealership was wonderful from Shannon to Larry the finance manager. Everything went smooth, and we got a great deal on our new Camry. Also, we got a LIFETIME warranty on our Camry. Plus, great little bonuses with our purchase. We could not be anymore happier. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. If you are looking for salesperson with integrity then you need to deal with Shannon Twitty.

This dealership does not know what it means to have internet sales. They think it means the buyer email the dealership and the dealership calls and asks you the same questions that you already answered by email. Then tell you that you will get a better deal if you go to the dealership. NO THANK YOU!!!! Same old crap!

Great Experience

Bought a 2011 Corolla. Our salesperson was Brett Hickman. Very good, caring and good listener. We were able to purchase the vehicle within $100 of Edmunds TMV and they were with $200 on our trade in. Really easy. Would shop there again.
