Titus-Will Toyota

I went to Titus -Will and told Jim Love exactly what I wanted, a 2013 Tundra. He right away tried to sell me a used 2012 Tundra, as if he never heard me. He then refered me to Mike C. I told Mike what I wanted,a 2013 Tundra with bucket seats. I asked for floor mats. said I could get them at the parts counter. I asked him to include them since I would be paying more than $30K for the truck. He just chuckled. He quoted me $30,646 that was with the rebate. I asked if that included tax title everything, out the door? I asked twice Mike said yes both times. I went to buy the truck and the lady handling the actual sale quoted me over $34000. I forget the exact figure. I left in a huff. I called Burien Toyota and they quoted a thousand dollars less than Titus-Will for the exact same truck. I was there two hours later and bought the truck. No dickering ,no fuss, no muss. Tim H. and Kevin were really refreshing to work with. I felt very comfortable with them. Unlike the people at Titus-Will they were honest and forthright. It was more like old home week that buying a truck. Mike C. e-mailed me and offered to come down $300 and throw in the floor mats. I told him I had bought the same truck at Burien Toyota for a thousand less. He responded by complaining that he had jumped through hoops to get me the truck I wanted just to have me go someplace else. He then told me he could sell me a different Tundra package for less money. I guess he didn't understand that my problem with the deal:was his pulling a fast one , not the money. Sure I wanted the best deal I could get, but after being told the price twice, wasn't going to be blindsided to the tune of more than $4000. A few days later Mike sent me a copy of a Titus-Will newspaper ad advertising used Toyotas. I guess he didn't believe me. I almost forgot. Burien Toyota included floor mats without me asking.

Salesman and finance personnel are rude and pushy. I do not reccommed Titus Will Ford to ANYONE who is looking for a new or used vehicle unless you want to be insulted, lied to, taken advantage of, belittled to your face, and get screwed by their pricing.
