Kristen was great to work with! She was both upbeat and patient with us during our two visits to the dealership. We came in to test drive a Tiguan SUV, and afterwards Kristen suggested that my wife try an ID4. She fell in love with it! Three weeks later we are still thrilled with our purchase!

I know what I like, I know what I want! I love the fact I was able to view everything on line and it was exactly what they showed. I was able to go look and drive it in person, I left knowing I loved it and was going to purchase it. I was able to state that I wanted to go home and think it over with absolutely no pressure!!! Called them the following day scheduled a time to make it happen , I was that simple!!!

Sales representatives held hostage for Stars

Great experience, no crazy markups in the days where you're lucky to get close to MSRP. Unfortunately, sales folks are held to task for how many stars they may receive. They beg for Five Groovy Stars or... terrible things happen. Stupid policy that doesn't reveal true ratings. Maybe they'd welcome honest reviews, even learn improvement areas when not having to beg stars from fear.

I recently purchased a 2016 Tiguan and was told the 90 day warranty doesn’t cover the bent CV axle that they found while looking into a different issue. What dealership sells a car with a bent axle and then wont fix it?

If you are looking for a vehicle, you have got to stop and see the team at AutoNation Audi/VW. Amazing people.

I went to get my first oil change in my car, I was taken back right away. Time frame said hour and half but it took almost 3 hours, I didn’t mind though. Bryson was the man that helped me and with out even asking why it took so long he apologized for the wait and told me the reason it took so long. He was very nice and professional. There was another man, I didn’t get his name, but he was also very very friendly. Over all amazing place and kind people.
