No pressure sale
My wife and I knew what we were looking for when we were searching online. We found it at World Car Kia. When I called, Keith Wells answered and was very nice and helpful. We met him after work that same day. I am always leary about dealing with car salesmen because of past experiences. Before we took it for a test drive he made sure to explain the features and show us the inside and out and all compartments including under the hood even though, now days, there's not a lot to see under there. It was extraordinarily clean for a 3 year old vehicle. In fact, it looked brand new. Keith let us know, up front, that the price is set. (no haggle) There was no problem there because I had already compared price and features. In fact, the price was much lower than other comparables. We did have a trade in and Keith was diligent in working with the manager to get us a fair trade in value and monthly payment. The entire experience took a little over 4 hours and there was no pressure what so ever. He made sure he stayed with us the whole time, made sure the vehicle was washed and gassed up while we were signing paperwork and he even helped us transfer our stuff from our old vehicle to the newly purchased one. Great car buying experience!
T.C did a phenomenal job with assisting me with my vehicle purchase. He listened to what I wanted and made a few recommendations. He stayed within the price range I was comfortable with and ensured I got what I waned in a timely manner. A true professional and if I ever need another vehicle he would be the person I contact. I would recommend him to family and friends.
This is a great place to purchase a car!
We started out very weary from past car buying experiences. But we met TC and our new car buying experience was not the nightmare experience we have had in the past. TC was not pushy or rude at any time! He has a positive attitude that was refreshing and he has great customer service skills. He is a very good listener and he was honest through out the entire time. He made the whole experience relaxing. It does take a long time to go through the whole process but he kept us well informed. He seemed to be relaxed and never harassed or hurried. He believed in his product and company. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good guy to help you find the right car. Thank you TC for being exactly what you seemed from beginning to the end of our new car purchase!
Had a great experience and got a great new minivan
This place is great! Keith Wells helped us out. It was me, my husband, and our five year old son. he was very helpful, attentive, not pushy. he listened when we told him exactly what we wanted and didn't come back to us, trying to haggle, until we got exactly what we asked for. it was still a long process (about three hours), from start (intros, test drive, filling out paperwork) to finish (finally signing, having the car washed and fueled up), but it was definitely worth it in the end. The place is comfortable, clean, and I would recommend coming here.
Great place to buy a car!!!
Bryan Zea was great to work with. He wasn't pushy but gave me all the information I needed to make up my mind about buying a 2016 Kia Forte. The whole process was pretty much stress free which I was surprised. When you need a Kia ask for Brian you won"t be sorry.
Service managers were helpful & informative. I didn't for one moment feel as if I was being taking advantage of. I will definitely be back.
Legend Kia setting the bar for service!
Mary Ann. She is always friendly, witty, and efficient. Tommy on your sales team is also uber friendly and will continue to buy cars from him. So make sure you keep him there. I don't want to drive any other brand of vehicles.
Best first car buying experience
Mark A. was amazing, extremely courteous, and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Victor in finance was awesome as well.
I love my car so far
The salesman, Andrew, was very nice. And while it took several hours from start to finish, that was the fastest car buying experience I've ever had.
IH 35 Kia Team
The car specialist helping me was amazing. I think her name was Loretta. She was professional and had a great attitude.

Love this place!
Mark A and the girl at the service center (something with an L...I think) were awesome! The girl got my car fixed within 24 hours when the part was on back order with a one month expected wait time, and Mark made me the best coffee I've had in months while I waited for the GM to figure out my loaner car siution.

They worked very hard to put the deal together within the payment she could afford. Got her the car she wanted with no problem.
Jeffery at legand Mazda helped us out and he was great! No pressure and very informative. It was stress free and quick! Very pleased with every step!
I called this dealer after finding a car online that I was interested to see. Manny took my call and was incredibly helpful and kind from our first conversation. His customer service was superior. He has a great way with customers and his attitude was what helped us decide that this was the right vehicle for us. The manager worked with us to get us a great deal and addressed every one of our concerns so that we were totally satisfied. I was very happy with my experience here and am so glad I found the exact car I was looking for. My customer experience here was awesome.
I had no idea what to expect walking on to the Legend Kia lot, just knew it was the closest one. Amber Guzman walked out and approached us. Super friendly and helpful from the start. She made the entire process an ease, as did the entire team involved. The car buying process can be a pain, but working with Legend Kia was a breeze. Thank you, Amber!!

Are they really trained machanics
Purchased a New 2011 Kia Sedona from their sister store on San Padro. Since I lived closer to the I35 dealership I took it there for maintance. What a nightmare. First unusual problems with radio switching from cd to radio on and off etc, First two trips to get repaired said nothing wrong, third trip said replaced radio but 18 months later still missed up. Windows would not go up on driver door, said I need new wiring harness at $450. Took it to Ancira Kia, and it was a loose ground wire, yet it stayed at legend for almost a week and they couldn't finde a lose wire. Won't crank 18 months old, jump started took to Legend, got new battery, week later would not start, suprise after market battery, took back demanded correct KIA sealed battery, reported winding noise, they replace battery and replaced idler pully. Ever problem this thing had I had to take it to the dealer 2 &3, and even 4 times before they fixed anything correctly. Talked to General mananger, his attudite was oh we make mistakes too.. I finally took it across the I 35 to Dodge and traded it in on a real Van.... If you buy a Kia don't take it to Legend they really have no clue about what they are doing..... And if you really need a Kia go to Ancira, at least those people treat you right and fix the problem the first time, every time...remember though it is true you get what you pay for....
Service Department's Lack of Service
I took my car in for a routine oil change. The mechanics failed to replace the cap on the engine block so oil spewed all over the engine compartment and hood liner.; we discovered this as we drove out for our (anniversary) dinner. We had to purchase a new cap and several quarts of oil in order to return home safely. I took the car in the next day so the service department could fix the error. They did the absolute minimum to bring the car back to the previous day's condition. (They did say "I'm sorry repeatedly, but never once offered any compensation for loss of work or inconvenience). I was inconvenienced two days, two trips back-and-forth to the dealership, and a ruined evening. Oh- and when I asked for the cap (I bought) back, I was asked "you want it back?" Since I could tell from that reaction that the cap was gone, I presented the receipt for the cap and the oil and asked for reimbursement...a whopping $12.94. I was assured that a check would be on the way. Two and a half weeks later, still no check. I called to check on the status and was told "it was waiting in the business office for me; they didn't have my mailing address." Really? I have bought 3 cars from them and was just at the service department, but they don't have my mailing address? Please...run away from this dealership and service department as fast as you can. (New Braunfels service department isn't any better.) An oil change takes 1 1/2 hours (at a minimum), any other service is much longer. On the brochure I received in the mail- from the dealership- I was supposed to get my car back washed (complimentary car wash)- never happened. They are the least helpful and most "over-promising/lack of performance" organization I have ever dealt with. (I won't even go into how they treated my son when he bought his first car there) The Kia brand is an excellent brand- I've had the Rio, Spectra, and the Forte; it's the dealership that is just awful. If I can spare even one person from the poor treatment we've had then this post is worth my time.
