Quick Service and Friendly Staff!

So thankful for the quick work and friendly staff of this location. I was able to get my car in one day and everything was done before noon that same day. Elyssa was so nice and kept me informed of everything going on with my car and would talk to the person who was working on my car about any concerns I had and was unsure about. I was referred here by a coworker after being told from another m dealership in San Antonio closer to my home (as there are only 3), that it would take over a week to just drop off the car with the diagnostic turnaround being 2-4 days. And this was after I told them I lost power twice and was not feeling comfortable driving my vehicle for that reason. When I shared my concerns with Elyssa she made sure to relay it to the person working on my car and get back with me on it. My issue was thankfully an easier fix and had me on my way in less than 3 hours. My only issue with this location was there were no snack/drink machines for you while you wait but this tends to be something that corporate has to push to get fixed. In the summertime here in Texas, the no drinks can be kinda rough, even in the morning.

One thing after another

This is not a bad review against the customer service people, but the guys in back are terrible. It has been one problem after another with them. We bought the extra oil changes when we bought my car and I can’t wait for it to be over. Took my car in, person didn’t tighten something all the way so my car was leaking mass amounts of oil. Took it back and they fixed it. I noticed my tires were all low (the people doing the oil changes were not checking tires or fluids when they said they were). Took into car in just now. Made an appointment for my oil change. I waited 2.5 hours with a 5 year old. They said they had people from Mazda that delayed them. Also didn’t my check print out of the whatever point inspection or shown my filters like I should have been. I’m over it. 2 more oil changes and then I’m done with this place. The front employees were nice and made popcorn and put on a movie for my kid, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I feel like my car wasn’t properly serviced. It’s just ridiculous. It is almost every time I take my car in I end up having to go back because of another problem or issue that the service department messed up. Never ever buying from this place again. Doubt I will ever buy I madza again.

I had been shopping for a CX5 and been to other dealerships that didn’t listen to me nd just treated me like a number. Rudy at World Car Mazda North treated me with such patience, and respected my need to take time to think about the big purchase. It was so nice to be treated well and given all the facts in a non intrusive way so that I could make an educated decision. Rudy got me in the exact car that I wanted at a great price. So grateful for my experience here can’t recommend the dealership and Rudy enough!

Wonderful Customer Service

I had been looking at Mazda CX5s for a year before I bought last week. In all of the dealerships that I've been to, I've never received such great customer service as I did here at World Car Mazda in Live Oak. Both the manager, Mike, and my salesman, Alberto, were incredibly respectful and genuinely seemed to want me to be happy with my purchase. Being a 24 year old woman, I've had so many dealerships treat me with disrespect and condescendingly, even when I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman. Not the case here! Alberto was very knowledgable about the CX5 and was great to talk to throughout the process of test driving, trade-in, and purchase. I left feeling ecstatic about my purchase! I definitely recommend World Car Mazda and Alberto!

My wife and I knew what we were looking for when we were searching online. We found it at World Car Kia. When I called, Keith Wells answered and was very nice and helpful. We met him after work that same day. I am always leary about dealing with car salesmen because of past experiences. Before we took it for a test drive he made sure to explain the features and show us the inside and out and all compartments including under the hood even though, now days, there's not a lot to see under there. It was extraordinarily clean for a 3 year old vehicle. In fact, it looked brand new. Keith let us know, up front, that the price is set. (no haggle) There was no problem there because I had already compared price and features. In fact, the price was much lower than other comparables. We did have a trade in and Keith was diligent in working with the manager to get us a fair trade in value and monthly payment. The entire experience took a little over 4 hours and there was no pressure what so ever. He made sure he stayed with us the whole time, made sure the vehicle was washed and gassed up while we were signing paperwork and he even helped us transfer our stuff from our old vehicle to the newly purchased one. Great car buying experience!

Outstanding Salesmen

T.C did a phenomenal job with assisting me with my vehicle purchase. He listened to what I wanted and made a few recommendations. He stayed within the price range I was comfortable with and ensured I got what I waned in a timely manner. A true professional and if I ever need another vehicle he would be the person I contact. I would recommend him to family and friends.

We started out very weary from past car buying experiences. But we met TC and our new car buying experience was not the nightmare experience we have had in the past. TC was not pushy or rude at any time! He has a positive attitude that was refreshing and he has great customer service skills. He is a very good listener and he was honest through out the entire time. He made the whole experience relaxing. It does take a long time to go through the whole process but he kept us well informed. He seemed to be relaxed and never harassed or hurried. He believed in his product and company. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good guy to help you find the right car. Thank you TC for being exactly what you seemed from beginning to the end of our new car purchase!

This place is great! Keith Wells helped us out. It was me, my husband, and our five year old son. he was very helpful, attentive, not pushy. he listened when we told him exactly what we wanted and didn't come back to us, trying to haggle, until we got exactly what we asked for. it was still a long process (about three hours), from start (intros, test drive, filling out paperwork) to finish (finally signing, having the car washed and fueled up), but it was definitely worth it in the end. The place is comfortable, clean, and I would recommend coming here.

Bryan Zea was great to work with. He wasn't pushy but gave me all the information I needed to make up my mind about buying a 2016 Kia Forte. The whole process was pretty much stress free which I was surprised. When you need a Kia ask for Brian you won"t be sorry.

Mark A and the girl at the service center (something with an L...I think) were awesome! The girl got my car fixed within 24 hours when the part was on back order with a one month expected wait time, and Mark made me the best coffee I've had in months while I waited for the GM to figure out my loaner car siution.
