My initial interaction with sales personal did not meet my expectations. I spoke to Dan (sales manager) regarding my concerns and he helped address them by making sure everything was ready by delivery date. He also assigned Luis (a different sales person) who was knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership based on the service provided by Dan and Luis.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

Worst car buying experience I have ever had! Called at 9 am about a car was told car was ready to purchase, we negotiated price and confirmed all details. Called back and confirmed again with Sales manager and arranged for test drive and was bringing check to buy car. I was told another customer was also interested so I gave my credit card to hold car, I live 60 miles away. When i was 1 mile from east riverside exit I was called by Sales Manager that he was sorry but car was sold last night and he hung up on me with no other options. I went to dealership to talk face to face and wasn't even offered a gas card for my inconvenience. A really horrible experience I will tell to all my friends and family in the Rockford area!!
