I worked with Drew Oleson, a sales assistant at Crown Buick, St Pete. I was shopping at several auto places in the area. Drew showed me several cars...a few test drives. He was very patient in knowing my situation...tried to show me what I was looking for,etc. Even though I ended up not buying from Crown, I have to give credit to Drew for his help, knowledge of the looked at cars and showing me potential deals. In the future, I would not hesitate to return to Crown Buick and again work with Drew. I would recommend him to friends.

Yesterday, much to our delight and surprise, we received a call yesterday from Tammy Wagner, our exclusive GMC agent and product specialist, letting us know that the car that she had built for us a 2023 Yukon Denali had arrived. She was so helpful to us, such a great resource to make sure that we receive the car that we wanted, with a second row bench seat in a Yukon essential for our elder dogs. We ordered a vehicle from a different dealership in Dec 2022 with a delivery timeline of May 2023. In Feb 23, we were told there were still 15 orders ahead of ours and we were looking at 2024 delivery date. I reached out to Crown about a vehicle they had listed on their website, which ended up already having a deposit on it. Jamie went out of his way to find a vehicle that checked all our boxes and would be delivered before our May deadline. Thanks to Jamie and everyone at Crown!

I was at Crown Buick that day, using a complimentary coupon for a multi point car inspection. I had brought in mother's car to see what the trade in value would be. My mother had recently passed, and my siblings and I were trying to figure out what to do with my mother's car. Her Buick Encore was the second Buick we had bought from Crown. We had serviced her car there because we trusted Crown. While I was getting the multi-point inspection; a Mercedes on the lot caught my eye. I was quickly engaged by the sales staff. I was assisted by Drew Olsen, Howard Wilson Jr., Jason Crooks, and Spencer Guy. I felt confident that I was being assisted by a professional staff that cared. I was nervous about the car that I was considering buying. But the staff walked me through the pros and cons and made every effort to listen to me and aid me in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. Without the calming effect that the Crown staff had on me, I would not have bought that Mercedes. It was the correct decision for me, and I have the staff at Crown to thank.

Jacquel, my service advisor, was extremely professional, came out and greeted me and explained everything pertaining to my service appointment to me upon my arrival. The customer waiting area was very clean and spacious and I appreciated the free coffee. Running our holiday errands and saw the check engine light on steady yellow, drove to Crown Buick, fortunately our advisor John Grundon was working and he ran out to take a look at the sensor. Found the problem had to leave the car for the replacement thermostat. Great to know that even thru the holidays you get GREAT service.
