***!!BUYER BEWARE!!***This guy MANNY MIRANDA is [non-permissible content removed]. He uses some bottom of the barrel used car lot sales tactics to rip off honest customers of their hard earned money. He made up very detailed stories about why a 2019 BMW X5 was brought back with only 459 miles on it, to try and convince me it was a great deal and nothing was wrong with the car.. “oh yeah he was a client of mine! He bought his wife an X7 and bought an X5 for himself, but then realized the x5 was a little too small so he brought it back and switched it out for an X7!” Later, only after being rushed through paperwork and having them pump up the offer on my trade in vehicles value to really sway me towards buying the X5, the truth comes to light. THE X5 HAS ENGINE PROBLEMS, AND THE DEALER HAD TO BUY IT BACK FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. The Dealership service department performed the engine work, and decided to put “changed spark plugs” and “changed the starter” on the carfax to prevent the vehicle from being devalued, and to keep it from becoming a hard sale in the future. I asked for a printout of the work done to the car from the Head of the Service Department, and after finally convincing them to give me a copy, I found out there was 2 pages of information that was blatantly being hidden from me, in order to try and TRICK me into buying this NOT SO CLEAN vehicle. These items include: “PLASTIC PLUG JAMMED IN THE FLYWHEEL,” “OVERHEATED STARTER MOTOR,” “TRIED TO TURN MOTOR BUT IT WAS LOCKED UP,” “AFTER DISASSEMBLY, STARTED ENGINE BUT HEARD LOTS OF PLASTIC CRUNCHING FROM THE BELLHOUSING,” “FOUND LARGE PIECE OF PLASTIC JAMMED IN THE FLYWHEEL GEAR.” Not only is he[non-permissible content removed], but the extent of which he and his team will go to make their stories sound believable, while hiding the true history behind a vehicle make me believe that he does this on a regular basis. His lies go layers and layers deep, and I’m hoping people TRULY reconsider before deciding to put your trust in this specific BMW dealership to take care of your New purchases, pre-owned purchases, or even service on your pre-existing car. do yourself a favor, check out ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP.. ***!!BUYER BEWARE!!***

Great staff, extremely helpful and well versed. The facility in general is wonderful. I chose this location based on feedback provided from the many reviews submitted. Let’s put it this way, there are 4 BMW Centers near me ranging from 15 to 45 miles away. With that stated, I choose to travel 167 miles (one way) on a Sunday to take delivery.

Did initial negotiations via email. When I arrived at the dealership I had my trade evaluated, deal finalized and test drive completed in 45 minutes. Att together I spent maybe 3 hours total from initial contact to drive off. The deal was great, the dealership is great, and Mr Tippmann and Mr Olsen were honest, straightforward and ethical.

Coggins is a first rate dealership. Maybe because of the high end product, we found the sales staff to be heads above other dealerships. They worked with us, made quick contact and we received our X5 in a timely fashion right from SC as ordered. Paperwork was completed in one day, yes, they do have lots of maint programs to offer, but the bottom line is the BMW product is second to no other. Thank you for running a top shelf operation.

I moved to the Treasure Coast in the last year. In my time off, I would go to different dealers to look at cars just for the fun of it. Even if at the time I did not plan to buy a car. From day one, Steve R. took care of me and made me feel welcomed! He always took the time to say hi and kept me posted on the latest news of models that might be of interest to me. I did go to other BMW dealers in the area, to compare their sales departments. Eventually, the time came to change my car and guess where I ended up? Coggin BMW, of course! Went to Coggin just to see what the new X-! looked like. Admired it but could really see much difference between X-1 and X-3 in looks. Wasn't going to spend $45,000. Had a new Jeep Patriot and a 1 year old Fiat 500. Just sold a 2012 Corvette because it did not impress me. Just because I had nothing to do, I agreed to let the salesman look at my Fiat. He pointed out an X-1 base model for $27,000 new. I was pretty surprised. More importantly, they gave me within $1000 of what I pad for the Jeep after 6 months of driving it, and about what I expected and saw the Fiat advertised for elsewhere. Honored the sales price of the X-1, so...I Bought it. I've owned multiple BMW, as well as many Mercedes, porches, etc. This car rides a little hard but combines the utility of my Jeep and the fun factor of the Fiat. And with the 8 speed tranny feels kinda zoomy. Now I own not 3 cars, but 1 car. Cheap. And they pay for maintenance. That's my story
