Paul and Tim in the Body shop took care of me and my vehicle. I was able to drop off my vehicle and get it back the same. Their professionalism and knowledge is top notch, and the new waiting room and lobby look amazing.

Our experience with and at the Thompson dealership has been superb. From the first contact by my wife on the telephone to the time spent with the sales and finance personnel at the dealership, our experience has been excellent. It is probably the best experience we've ever had with a dealership in the forty years we've been buying cars and trucks.

Buying our new 2016 GMC Canyon was a good _ experience

We were very happy with our treatment at the dealership we even got to meet the owner and talk about his Racing Quarter Horses. We never felt pressured to buy and that was very appreciated. When my husband went back to get his accessories installed the service department was quick and did a great job.

I think your establishment does.a very great job taking care customers. U guys provide great communication. And I love how customers.are treated. I got a ride.home.once from.you guys and also a rental for work while you worked on my car. Your emoloyees are very nice and always smiling too. Everyone is very helpful as well. Only complaint I have is after my vehicle was serviced I noticed some stains in my seat belt like someone had been eating. No one has been in my back seat either and there were food crumbs. I had just purchased that vehicle from your company too. Not sure how to get the stains off the seat belt though. Other than that I'm very pleased. Briana Cuen

Salespeople were very honest and upfront and didn't play games. Made my experience very pleasurable. This is my second vehicle that I purchase at Thompson Chevrolet within a year, I travel over 300 miles round trip because of their excellent customer service.

Engine light on...

Took the car in for an Engine light and thought it would be good to get an Oil change. The work was done and $750 later, the car was left a mess, inside. A greasy shoe print on the driver side carpet. Spending all that, I'd expect a vacume and even a CAR WASH (Sat. $15 Special). Whatever happened to coustomer service? The sevice manager told me the hourly labor was going up from $90 to... Doubt if I'll go back.
