onThe sales and finance Department are wonderful here! Unfortunately they do not service the vehicles. I took my car in for service and they returned it to me with the check engine light on. I immediately called to ask them if it was just a sensor and i Was told it was on when I brought it in (it wasn’t). They then said I would have to make another appointment, which they scheduled for a week and a half later. My car didn’t make it. They returned my car to me with $5,000.00 of work needing to be done 🤦🏻♀️

onBrandon our salesman was courtious, answered all our questions and spent hours with us during this stressfull time. He made us feel like family. He went out of his way to make us happy. It was a very satisfying experience. I feel I can call him anytime for answers even after the deal is done.

Great Experience Buying a 1500 Pickup

onI reciently purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 from Alfred Matthews Buick/GMC/Cadillac. I came home and told my wife it was the best car buying experience I have evern had. I have purchased many new cars and I would consider myself a firm negotiator. When I pickup up the new truck I felt like it was a good deal for them and for me. Have not used the after purchase services, but they appear to be very good there too.

Amazing Dealership!

onWe just bought our second Acadia from Alfred Matthews. Our first experience with them back in 2011 was amazing. We couldn't have asked for more friendly service. That is why when we considered purchasing another vehicle the only place that came to mind was Alfred Matthews. Of all the GMC dealers we visited before our first purchase, they were hands down THE BEST! Our second experience was just as good as the first. Allen and Bubba were great. We had our very active 3 yr old with us and they were great with her. During the paperwork signing, which they whizzed through so we could get out of there to pick our kids up from school, they gave our daughter the task of holding the signed papers. She was excited that she got a "job" and sat there patiently waiting for the next paper. We were in and out of there with a fully gassed, freshly washed brand new car in an hour and a half from start to finish. And our Acadia is the best car we've ever owned. We had a Honda, a Tahoe, an Explorer, and others but the Acadia is awesome. I love the way it drives and love the way it looks. The Service Dept at Alfredo Matthews is also amazing. If you go in for an oil change, they will take you anywhere and pick you up when your car is done, or you can wait in their super cozy, snack/drink filled waiting room, go on your laptop, watch tv, etc. they even offered to come pick up our car at our house and bring it back when done (of course we kindly declined cause they were so kind with everything else that we felt that was taking advantage:)). So as you can tell, our experience with Alfred Matthews was beyond amazing and we will keep buying our cars from them as will our kids, family and friends!

Buying a Cadillac

onWe said we would never attempt to buy a car in Modesto again, but then we went to Alfred Matthews to look at the Buick's and the Cadillacs. John started helping us and then we ended with Ruben. We left the first day with no deal on a Cadillac, but on Monday we called and negotiated a deal with Eddie over the phone. Monday afternoon we went into the dealership and completed paperwork in about 45 minutes. Now, the longest part, but the most impressive part was the orientation of the Cadillac that John did with us. He worked from the far left of the car to the far right. He even sinc both of our phones. We were even encouraged to stop by if we had any questions. Needless to say I have stopped by twice with questions, Alan helped us once and then he asked us to come back and see John for the other questions. When I came back to see John, I stumped him on one question, but he researched it and he texted me with the answer! Now that is customer service!!
