Just got my new etron here. Kenneth was really professional with us and we didn’t feel any pressure to purchase. He was very easy to work with and always be on time. I really enjoyed the whole experience purchasing my new car here and would definitely recommend this place!

When I first came to test drive the Audi Q5, I wasn't sure it was exactly what I wanted. Alex and Samantha got to know me and what I wanted, and stayed patient with me and in touch with me as I figured it all out, and now that I've purchased it, I couldn't be happier!! It's beautiful and I love it so much. Alex and Samantha made it super easy, and I'm so grateful to them!!

Audi e-Tron SUV

I called Audi Fremont for availability of e-tron. Got a replay right away to see the models. Even though inventory was small, I was able to select the color I wanted and at the lease deal that Audi USA was offering. The sales person was very professional, friendly and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very good service

Kenneth Lee was very positive and responsible. I had my Q5 lease handle by him. The process was entirely online because I don't have time to come by for a driving test, and Kenneth answered all my questions via email and positively schedule time with me. We got the deal done online, and I was able to have my car ready to go the first time I met him.

Baited to show during Coronavirus when car was not available

Had an appointment today (Saturday) with Jim Higgins, which was scheduled by Adrian Romero. This morning I received multiple notifications (email and text) confirming the appointment. When I got there, I was told that the car was sold during the week -- not by Jim, but a random salesman. Where was Jim? He was too busy in his cube and didn't even look up. The other salesman basically said "hey...they probably wanted you to come in anyways...." and then proceeded to try to sell me another car. The car I wanted had a specific color combo, which was not available in the current inventory. I guess car salesmen haven't changed. Heads up would have been appreciated Jim and Adrien.....maybe y'all have forgotten that we are in a pandemic - there was no consideration for coronavirus on their part.
