Just wanted to thank the sales person Rawle Samuel for working the best deal for me. This is probably my 4 car bought from Acura of Portsmouth and I've always dealt with Rawle. Having a good sales experience keeps me returning to work with him, and it's good to work with someone who does not pressure you, but provides the details you need to go with the option that best fits you, and provides info on other combination. Again, thanks Rawle and see you when I'm looking to get an NSX one day, or another Acura. Overall, excellent sales experience and always had good service as-well.

Was in the market for a used late model pickup and these folks were great. Explained what they had, listened to my questions and answered questions honestly. No pressure and understood that I was there to make a decision, had done my homework and if they did their tasks we could all be happy.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. After weeks of checking out other dealerships in New England, I was ready to pull my hair out. I had just about given up on buying a vehicle from a dealer. Key Acura was my final shot. It was a completely different experience than any other place I went to. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in until I left. Rawle and Mike were awesome to work with. Great energy. They’re both really kind people and I felt respected throughout the entire process. I got a really good deal on my CRV and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, based on my experience. Thank you, Rawle and Mike!! :)

I went to Key Acura of Portsmouth after visiting several other dealer and immediately felt welcomed and no pressured. I explained to Rawle my needs & budget and he was able to put me into the perfect car for what I was looking for. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and would recommend them to any family or friends looking for an Acura or used car! 5 Stars for Rawle!!

I recently just leased a new 2019 Acura TLX tech package and have to say how great the buying experience was at Key Acura of Portsmouth. The next day after I bought my vehicle I was having seconds thoughts on the color and model of the vehicle I got. I reached out to Don and the team at Key Acura and they told me to bring the car back and they would put me in the car that I would most be happy in. I was then able to get in the car and color I was most comfortable with which really made a big difference to me! Not many dealerships would be so understanding after you take delivery of a car. It’s not just about the sale with these guys. They care about making you happy and that’s a big reason why I purchased with them for the first time and look forward to continue working with them in the future. My salesman was John Rydin who made the buying experience very easy and did not pressure me at all. Great staff to work with! You won’t be disappointed.

I'm thrilled with my new 2019 Acura TLX AWD car! The experience was easy, honest and free of any issues or concerns. I worked with Jenica Finneran with the pre-sale - she was very communicative and addressed all of my correspondence in a timely, professional manner. When terms were agreed upon we set up a time to meet at the showroom where I met and worked with John Rydin. Leading us through the test drive and sales process, John was friendly, informative and easy going. There was no pressure and appropriate attention to detail. A Very Good Sales Experience

I recently leased a 2019 from Key Acura in Portsmouth, NH and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is the fifth Acura that I have owned or leased and it is from the third dealership. I did not change dealers because I was unhappy with any of them, but for convenience after I moved. Nevertheless, Key Acura, and especially salesman John Rydin, provided the best possible dealership service. First, their price was substantially lower than the other dealers that I contacted. Secondly, they had to put in a lot of effort to come up with just the car I wanted; I admit to being fussy about color combinations. They went the extra mile to find exactly what. I wanted. The sales people followed up quickly on any questions I had yet were not pests. The financial dealings were handled very professionally and smoothly with no strongarm sales tactics. The facilities at the dealership are not anything special but do not be put off by this. They are a new dealership in an old building that is soon scheduled to be replaced by a state of the art facility this spring. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Great Experience with Rawle Samuel

I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere a year ago, and haven't been happy with the vehicle. I found a used vehicle online that was at the Acura dealership and went to check it out. I met Rawle Samuel, who made the experience painless from beginning to end. I test drove the vehicle, and really liked it, and told him I'd come back the next day to try to work out a deal (it was late and the sales manager was not there). The next day, I made a reasonable offer with my vehicle as a trade in, and they took a hard look at their numbers and what they could do. They came back with a counter (which was also very reasonable) and we ended up meeting in the middle. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone.

I highly recommend Rawle and Key Acura of Portsmouth. I was searching for a certified pre-owned Acura TLX. I searched inventory and spoke to 3 dealers in NH. I also visited each one personally. Rawle and his team were hands down the best. He took the time to find out why I wanted this specific car and then highlighted all the functionality of the vehicle. Zero pressure. Rawle's intent was to make sure I was comfortable with a pending purchase. Rawle even came in on his day off to compete the sale. He spent an hour going over all the functionality this car has before I left the lot. He's truly an asset to Key Acura of Portsmouth and I would recommend him to anyone in their car search.

Buying a new car is never convenient nor is the timing. After reading and watching several reviews, my choices were narrowed down to 4 different vehicles including Mercedes, Acura, Mazada, and Volvo. At each visit I was ready to purchase. With the exception of Mazada and Acura, I was being SOLD a car. At Key Acura, Rawle made the purchase easy and pricing was fair. John R. at Key Acura of Portsmouth NH made the difference for us. He recognized that we had done our homework & didn't pester us with unnecessary details. They do not operate on a commission which made our experience low to no pressure. Our original target vehicles were GLC, Q5 & RDX. We narrowed down to the RDX & were ready to make the deal but decided to take a look at the MDX due to the proximity in pricing. MDX won instantly when my wife saw the Espresso interior & the ride quality sealed the deal. Another factor pushing us in the MDX/RDX camp was that they were built in the US & had a good percentage of North American content.
