Good Samaritan

I was already approved at Honda Eastern Shore in Daphne and in Hoover, AL Tameron Honda for a 2016 CR-V to replace the one totaled on 9/17/15 due to a head on collision by another party at fault. However, my heart was not into purchasing a 3rd CR-V. So I reflected, prayed, and the Lord led me to review Joe Bullard Acura one more time. So between 3:20 p.m. - 5:10 p.m. this Saturday (9/26/15) I was able to get ALL the information I needed and work out a deal for the vehicle of my choice. This was important since my left wrist/arm is fractured in a cast and my left quad/tendon under my knee cap is majorly bruised from the car accident. Once arriving at 5:40 p.m. I was able to finalize the deal with all paperwork signed and questions asked in 40 minutes!!! During the last 9 stressful days my brand new vehicle in 2012 was totaled, my son and I were in a head on collision without any blood shed, and Joe Bullard Acura ended the scenario with excellent customer service, kindness, and personable staff. When (not if) I purchase my next Acura I want to buy from Joe Bullard Acura (Acura of Mobile). Thank you and God bless!

My wife and I had been looking for a chevy tahoe or gmc yukon to fit our growing family. We visited Joe Bullard Acura at least once, if not twice a week for almost 2 months to check out thier inventory. Logan and Patrick, salesmen at Joe Bullard, took their time to string through their vehicles and call/email us once they found something for us. With our budget in hand and our minds racing to find the perfect edition to our family; we were unfortunate at finding what we wanted. However, the dealership came across an Acura MDX that was a local trade in. It is very nice and seems to be very reliable. It has the 3rd row for our growing family and we couldn't be more appreciative to Joe Bullard Acura for finding us such a great vehicle. Atmosphere is great, the people are very nice and try to understand exactly what you're looking for. They are patient and will work with you. I would recommend them again and again! ^_^

Purchase of Acura MDX

My wife and I had a very positive new car purchase experience. Thanks to the low pressure professionalism of our salesperson, Ms. Kate Havard, we decided on the Acura MDX and abandoned our planned evaluation of the comparable Lexus product. We are happy with the purchase experience and the product.

Best Buying Experience Ever!

I had been trying to buy a new vehicle for my wife. She was very resistant as she loved her old reliable Acura Integra. After an initial visit with John and second visit for a test drive, she finally decided on an ILX. Thanks to no pressure attitude by all at the dealership, she is the proud owner of a new ILX. I'm convinced that she made this decision based on Acura quality and dealership excellence.

Outstanding Sales and Service

Recently we needed a new car to replace our 2004 MDX and were looking to downsize to a small luxury/sport SUV. In a nutshell my wife does not like shopping for new cars and the usual experience that goes with it (pressure selling, waiting for manager decisions, etc). After test driving several small luxury/sport SUVs at various dealers we ended up at Acura of Mobile. Their sales staff and Patrick N. in particular were outstanding - true professionals. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, not only on the Acura line but other manufactures as well. He let the RDX sell itself rather than push/pressure - my wife remarked this was the best car sales experience she has had in her life (to put this in perspective we have purchased 8 vehicles where she has directly been involved and probably sat through 12+ where it was for me). I highly recommend anyone considering a luxury/sports SUV and or Sedan to visit Acura of Mobile.

Awesome, Easy Experience

Patrick, John and Clarence were all very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions about the different models that guided me to select a TL. The car was delivered in pristine condition at the time they promised. Patrick spent time with me explaining the GPS system and setting up the telephone system. In the future I will certainly be visiting this dealership again. I highly recommend them.

Acura of Mobile - Robby R. - AWESOME!!

My experience at Joe Bullard Acura of Mobile was phenomenal!! Robby was so wonderful to work with when buying my new Acura RDX, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. I never felt pressured to make a purchase sooner than I was ready, and Robby worked with my schedule to make sure he was always available. I only visited the dealership twice; once to test drive (on a whim), and the second time to buy. With two months of time in between those visits, Robby never failed to maintain contact, and make sure I always felt comfortable knowing every detail about my car and the purchase options. He is definitely not your typical "car salesman"; in fact, I would not even give him that title. I left the dealership feeling completely satisfied not just because I bought a new car, but because of the high quality customer service I received. Every employee I encountered made me feel completely valued not just as a customer, but as an individual and a friend. I have no doubt that I will return to the dealership (and make the 60 mile drive) just for the service I know I will receive.
