I feel confident taking my car to Fremont Toyota for service. They listen to my concerns, do a great job with the maintenance of my car, always get me in quickly when my car needs service, and explain what was done to my car. As I told one of the technicians (I think it was Tyler, but I'm not sure), the service department at Fremont Toyota is one of the reasons I bought another Toyota few years ago.

Shannon was sick when I spotted the car I was interested in. I told them she had been working for me and I wanted her to have the sale. I was directed to Luke, the sales manager, and he allowed me to drive the car overnight. We waited through the weekend for Shannon to return to complete the deal. The price was fair, we negotiated a fair trade, and the deal was done. Seamless, friendly, small town service.

Common courtesy, common decency and common sense are not all that common anymore… unless you are at Fremont Toyoya in Sheridan. These folks get it. Won’t trust my Toyota to anyone else.

Becki did an awesome job helping us with research, appraising our trade-in, and showing us a few vehicle options. Even though we decided to wait on a new truck until a later time, she demonstrated excellent communication and knowledge throughout the process. We love our Toyota dealership!

I had an aftermarket engine block heater and glow plug relay installed. The entire service team worked well together. The engine block heater ended up failing after a couple of days and the service team got a new part, gave me a free loaner, and got the repair done quickly. Jason ensured that new heater was working before he let it out of the shop. He cared about the vehicle being in top shape more than I did. Overall, great experience.

A big thank you to Fremont Toyota! We had our annual fundraiser and Toyota didn't just work with us on getting a car to raffle off but they offered us a certificate so our winner could pick their own vehicle and paid for half! They came to every event to help sponsor the fundraiser and had sales people on hand to answer questions about any of the vehicles. What a huge support that was! We had a very successful fundraiser and cannot express our appreciation enough!

This was my 1st time even looking at a Toyota and upon meeting and talking with my salesman. I knew that I was going to but a toyota. I received infomation that allowed me to make a good decision, what i appreciated the most was that i was not pushed in anyway!!! Upon receiving my vehicle, Tyler, my salesperson went over everything and reassured me that if i had ANY questions to come and see him right way!!!! Everyone there was just so excellent!!! A fellow teacher asked me my opinion on my Toyota and the people down at Fremont Toyota. I spent over 30 minutes telling her how great i thought it wass over there. I have always bought Chevys and Fords, until now, I have been converted and will be going back to my salesperson and this dealership when I purchase another car!
