The staff at dallin are very nice. Kind of like a guy smiling because he just took a bunch of money from your wallet and you dont know. I bought a truck from these guys and it wasn't a bad experience until the sales manager took over the deal. He was pushy and actually really good at his job... Making Dallin Dodge an unreasonable amount of money. I totaled my truck and I was in a tight spot so I pulled the trigger anyways. my fault just be aware the sales manager is a snake. Play hardball these guys arent your friends. The mechanic guys are nice but I had a lot of work to do once I got a really good inspection done at home. I have never seen a truck leave a dealership without the basics done. I had to change the serpentine belt and driver side wheel bearing within the first month I had the truck. The front tires are too wide and rub on the A arms. The Service Writer acted like my request to get a couple of codes checked for the second time (it takes 10 mins!) was a huge request and said I would have to make an appointment. I was literally moving out of town that day. Also dont fall for the 3 month 3000 mile warranty they give you. The warranty only covers drive train for a total amount of $750. The other reviewer saying the same thing about having to personally complete post purchase maintenance that should have been caught during a their "172 point" inspection not being done. plus the price gauging leaves me feeling bad about my purchase.
