Great experience

Everything from the initial contact to the day or picking up my new truck was very easy. We buy a lot of vehicles and this was without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve had. The dealership was clean, inviting, and well laid out. My truck was front and center as we arrived, looking amazing in the new Thunderstorm Gray color (Psssssst GM, get rid of ALL CHROME). Our sales person Vanya was great to work with, she was always on top of things and informative without being pushy or overly needy. She knew all about the initial set up of all the tech and subscriptions as well as some things that we didn’t even know to ask about.

Waited 4 1/2 hours; caused additional vehicle problems

This Service Department, if they deserve to be called that, is in desperate need of training in customer service and mechanical repair skills. Be warned that if you make a telephone appointment, they do NOT inform you that there is a minimum fee for assessing your vehicle's repair needs. After waiting 3 hours in a tiny room with seating and a floor in desperate need of cleaning, I had still not been given an estimate. I went to inquire, and was told to go back to the room and they'd get to me as soon as they could. About 5 minutes later I was told that the mechanic could not find the problem, so had called GM and that GM told him "Good luck finding that problem." They told me they might spend days looking for it, and was finally asked if I wanted them to keep on going or stop, at their hourly rate, of course. I was also told that they could not even touch one part of the vehicle that needed repairs, but would replace the entire unit for about $2500. I just told them to stop looking and leave everything alone and I would go. It cost me nearly $200 to get out the door with no repair to anything. As I was leaving in my car I realized I had no air conditioning, fan or heating, all of which worked when I turned off the car and parked it for them to use. I returned and the service person told me immediately that they did not touch anything that had to do with that. He had previously told me that they had been looking at all the fuses. He was not the mechanic, so there is no way he knew exactly where the mechanic's hands had been. They fiddled with the car for about 10 minutes, during which time it looked like the service person slipped into the parts department. They returned the car with this explanation, "It just started working, and we have no idea why." Yeah, right. There were several new vehicles I was interested in driving as I did want to trade the vehicle I brought them. I had waited to speak to a salesman until I got my estimate for repairs. After dealing with the service people I was not going to give another cent to them, let alone spend $40K plus there for a new vehicle. So they lost out on a sale, too. I would never buy a vehicle, nor have a vehicle repaired there, and strongly warn others to be careful. It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership anywhere.

Absolutely Horrible Experience

My husband and myself were absolutely horrified at the way we were treated by White's Frontier Motors. They were very rude to us and looked down on us like they were better than us. They automatically told us to go home and they would contact us the following day with what the banks response. They also told us that instead we should consider purchasing a "certified or pre-owned" vehicle. That was also before they had heard anything from ANY bank. We told them that that was NOT what we were looking for and if that was the case then we would just keep our own vehicle. So we left there feeling very disappointed and very offended. The next day I ended up having to call them back that afternoon (because no one had called us in the morning like we were told would happen). I was told that the original saleswoman that had been helping us was on vacation. To make a long story short, I ended up dealing with 3 to 4 people. Then we were called later on that day and told that we were able to get financed for a vehicle that was a year older and cost $2,500 more, but that they also wanted both of our vehicles as trade ins and $2,000 cash. That's not even including a $615.00 a month car payment...for a car that we did NOT even want! To put it mildly, it was a total hassle and I will NEVER go there again and will NEVER recommend them to anybody. I have also talked to 3 other people that have all had similar experiences and left and went somewhere else just like we did. They also, just like us, got into the vehicle that they wanted with no hassles, no pressures and no crazy payments. I DO NOT recommend them to anybody!! They need to learn some customer service and realize that we are NOT working for them, but they NEED our business!!
