We have purchased several vehicles from Gordie Boucher Ford over the years and they have always treated us right. We dealt with sales consultant Santo Caputa and he was awesome. Santo was upfront about everything and honest. He never tried to pressure us into making a purchase. We really enjoyed our experience at Gordie Boucher Ford.

Eugene Sanchez - Best vehicle buying experience I ever had.

Eugene Sanchez sold me an F-150 at Gordie Boucher of West Bend. Already a stressful experience (I was giving up my beloved 22 year old Dakota) as I was losing a good buddy in that truck. Eugene understood completely. He took his time with me, and was able to answer every question about the F-150 that I had. While being technically astute, he was also very personable. The test drive was enjoyable. He even was patient enough to go to my garage and see if the truck fit. When we returned Eugene took his time in explaining many things, and while showing me some other options, he was not pushy at all. It was just the type of sales/customer relationship one could ask for. There to answer and demonstrate, but not pushy and gave me time to think about things and make decisions without any pressure. I definitely would buy from Eugene again. The vehicle, a 2016 F-150, was very clean inside and out, and ready to go when I looked at it, and I was able to bring it home that same day. It went home with me with a full tank of gas, all fluids serviced, and an earlier safety bulletin complied with. I was pleased with the condition it was presented in, I am very happy with the truck. Other personnel were very pleasant to work with. Sean, the financial guy explained everything to me and did not rush me at all when I want to spend time reading what I was signing. While waiting, someone always came by to see if I would care for a snack or beverage. They all were very kind and made me feel like I mattered to them all. Many thanks to Eugene and the team at the dealership for a very positive experience and an awesome truck!

20017 Ford escape

I traded in a 2014 escape for the 2017. Things I like are the bliss system, cold weather package, more comfortable seating, the larger Sync screen. Things I don't like, the start stop system... Scary! Engine shuts off at a stop sign and restarts the car when you take your foot off the brake, to go again. I miss the cruise control resume paddle that was on the 2014. The 2017 has a clumsy cluster controlling the cruise.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

I recently purchased a Ford Platinum Truck from Boucher Ford Lincoln in West Bend, Wisconsin. I would say this was my best vehicle buying experience ever! I would like to especially thank Michael Nuernberg ! Michael was very Knowledgeable, Polite, Patient, Engaging, with a sense of Humor! Michael took all the time necessary to answer all our questions about this vehicle! He also delivered it to our home the next day, a distance of about 140 miles! He even filled the gas tank when he got to town! Michael then spent at least an hour going over the Trucks Features! Thanks Michael for treating us with the utmost respect! I would also like to thank Jacob Tousey who handled the final paperwork. We found Jacob to be Friendly and Knowledgeable! He is very competent with the computer and put our paper work on a flashdrive to take home! Finally, I would like to thank John Zieja, whom we communicated with on the phone and who got us our best deal on this truck!

Troy, the salesperson who worked with me was helpful, very courteous, and I would recommend him to anyone I know who is shopping for a new Ford. Harry (salesperson) and Chris (general manager) were really great to work with. Harry answered my questions thoroughly and provided professional, knowledgeable service throughout the whole process. This was not the typical high-pressure new car sale experience, but rather one that encouraged research and informed decisions. In the end, I had a few concerns about the car features and Harry worked with Chris to resolve these issues immediately. Thanks to all the other staff at Gordie Boucher who helped out too. Slimy Salesmen

I went in there as a single mom with my child and my father...granted I don't buy a car every day and don't really know what I am doing, but they ran my credit before even giving me a quote and then came back with a ridiculously high quote and said they based it on the interest rate that I paid on a used vehicle 7 years ago...we were not even talking about financing at this point! I will never buy a car from them!

Sales Staff OK; Service Support Lacking

This was a new vehicle purchase. Overall ratings: Salesman and support sales staff -- 4 Finance staff -- 4 New Vehicle Prep / Service -- 2 Overall Dealership -- 3.5 Sales staff performance acceptable; Finance staff acceptable, although like most dealerships I have dealt with, tended to take too long to complete the financial transactions. On the other hand, new vehicle prep / service was a real letdown. We had paid to have the new platinum white F150 rustproofed. When we picked up our new F150, there was overspray on several surfaces of the vehicle. Our salesman man and I spent 45 minutes cleaning up some of the heavy areas of overspray. The dealer has offered to make it right by reprepping the vehicle, which will be done, but it means an extra trip to get it done. I would recommed this dealership with some precautions. Tremendous selection of vehicles.

Bad customer service

The whole deal took too long. Every 30 minutes the sales guy would tell us only about an hour longer. Six and a half hours later the deal was done. We were given the vehicle outside in a dim parking lot. Raining and dark so we didn't notice how dirty the truck was. Drove home and the next morning we noticed multiple scatches on the door. The dealership didn't want to here about it and said we had no recourse because we accepted the vehicle. This is supposed to be a NEW F150. My local body shop made it look better but not great. We were from appleton and the sales guy doesn't seem to expect repeat business. Customer service terrible, so I hope I never break down.

Excellent Internet Sales Staff

Recently purchased my second new car from Gordie Boucher of West Bend, a 2012 Focus SE Hatchback. Their online inventory reporting is accurate, so they had exactly the car I wanted in stock. Their internet sales staff was enthusiastic and easy to deal with, so we reached an agreement on price quite quickly. The dealership honored the agreed upon price the next day, with the exception of a $129.00 services fee add-on to the purchase contract. Yes, this fee is negotiable and I should have objected at the time - my bad. Since they delivered the car to my home, about 100 miles from the dealership, I can live with the services fee. Altogether a relatively trouble free transaction that included financing at a fairly good 60 month rate. Note that Gordie Boucher does like to add Xzilon ($599) and Nitro ($40) treatments to your sticker price, but internet pricing should help you avoid these questionable add-ons, and I did not pay for either. Gordie Boucher no longer participates in my Texas bank's car buying service (big controversy over TrueCar in Wisconsin), but as one of the largest Ford dealers in the state volume pricing helps them move lots of inventory. They offer competitive pricing and they won't jerk you around. They have a good attitude about customer service and offer a relatively pleasant buying experience with no surprises.
