Chevy Service always goes above and beyond. Molly gets me in and clearly informs on progress, and Brian makes sure my Tahoe is up to par. He even offered to put my registration sticker on my license plate for me while he had it inside as it’s been extremely cold out. I love the fact that they are always looking out for me. It’s always nice to feel appreciated.

Simply Went Beyond In Customer Service Has Showed That They Work Hard To Get You Rock Bottom Price. Gave Me A Blow away Price For My 2013 Cruz,, Way Higher Than Kelly Bluebook. Drove Off The Lot with My NEW 2016 Chevy Traverse. That's Why I Love These Guys Oh And Chevy Too LOL

I always enjoy bringing my car to Kocourek Chevy dealer because they are always welcoming, nice, and go the extra mile. This last time they even washed my car without asking which I greatly appreciated from the winter weather and salt was wearing away my car. Excellent job, your extra work does not go unnoticed. You have created a customer for life. I really think the service guy who assisted me was very friendly and is never rude. If all their employees were like him, they will stay a successful business.

When I brought my truck in, I had just washed it the day before, and there were spots that looked like it was wiped off leaving dirty spots; do you wash vehicles as part of the service? In the pricing for M3, if you have a waste disposal fee, that should be listed in the price, not a hidden charge. Friendly and professional service personnel, the convenience added with shuttle to work and back.

Gregg was very friendly, arranged a shuttle for me to get back to work on time and then pick up. He explained what was done with my vehicle and he answered my questions. the shuttle drivers were friendly easy to talk to, all in all was an enjoyable experience.

The atmosphere was very nice. The service writer was very polite. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and then helped me plan for the next visit for my car service. He anticipated my needs for the current visit and the future. He told me what to expect for the next visit in time and how much it will cost.
