I purchased a new Ford Escape from this dealership two weeks ago. I was dreading car shopping and even looking on the internet for a few days led to nonstop emails and calls. I am fairly new to Port Washington but had my car serviced there and I liked the hometown feel. My sales person was personable and professional. She listened and didn't push. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. This means so much to me. I felt I got a fair deal on my purchase and the peace of mind of a dealership close to my home with a great reputation. Great lease

When I was told the lowest possible payment per month, for 2016 Ford Fusion SE, was $399, due to what I still owed on the Cruze lease, I left and went to another dealership. I test drove a Camry and it was ok but the dealership couldn't get in touch with Ally, so we decided to try again Friday or Saturday. On Thursday, one of the managers called me and left a message. I called back and after 10 minutes or so we came up with a lease for 39 months at $297 a month. I was happy. I picked up the car on Friday and the deal was just like Igor had said, so again, I was very happy. On Saturday, the Toyota place called and said they could not find a way to make a deal under $350 a month and I said that's ok, I'll just stick with what I have. Again, I was very happy. I appreciate very much the work Schmit Bros. people have done to get me into a Ford Fusion SE. I will continue to tell the people I work with what an excellent deal it is.

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Murano. My experience was good I got the options I wanted on the car and the comfort I was looking for. I would have liked to get more for my trade in because I think the offer was low considering I bought the car from you 9 months earlier and we had a history. I get you have to make a profit on the deal but 9 months and 5,000 less not sure that is a deal. All in all the sales staff is great and listened to my needs.

Wouldn't Honor Price Guarantee, Contract Error, Car Not Ready

The first car I bought from Schmit Bros will be my last. I will be going through Hiller Ford for servicing and future purchases, and I highly recommend you go through Hiller Ford in Franklin if you have the option. -It took an hour of negotiating before they accepted their own Edmund's price guarantee (why I originally contacted this dealership). -They wanted me to apply for the loan before I reviewed/signed the contract. I insisted on seeing the contract first (to check their math), and the contract had a higher amount than what was negotiated! -The car was not ready when I came to pick it up, and the back right door did not shut properly. -After being contacted by the Wisconsin DOT a few weeks later, apparently I'm responsible to pay for the registration (despite paying their administrative fees and them applying the registration sticker to my plates).
