If your looking for someone who isn't going to give you the usual car salesman tactics and genuinely try to get you the car you want, then Lee M. is your man. I recently got my hands on exactly the car I was looking for, all thanks too Lee and his calm and caring demeanor. He made the usually stressful process of buying a car much easier.

i checked out their inventory online and called and asked for specific cars to be ready for test drives. they were very service oriented and did not insist on a lengthy interview before hitting the road. the sales person spent several hours with me test driving several models and discussing them. They even pulled a car off the show room floor so I could test drive it. It was a good shopping experience. after i signed to buy (late evening), the next morning I changed my mind to a different VW I had driven. They were great about re-doing the paperwork on short notice so i was happy. They sales person was very willing to pick me up at the rental car location to help me.

Great Experience - Great Salesperson

Contacted Scott W. to test drive an EOS. While there we also drove a Miata. Scott gave us a tour of each car and then let us take them out. Answered all our questions without any hard sell. The asking price was good and everyone at the dealership was friendly. We called later in the day to say we were interested and coming back. Scott began the car prep for delivery so we could take it home that night. After the paperwork was completed he gave us a tour of the car, answered questions and explained the features we were not familiar with. I have spent most of my career in sales and marketing and appreciated Scott's approach and enthusiasm for his product and the customer. You can tell he enjoys his work and is proud of it - that's great.

I totaled my 2011 GTI and was in a mad rush to find a replacement. I wanted what I was familiar with so looked for a 2015 GTI. Frank Boucher VW in Racine had a model fitting my needs and the price was spot on to what I should and would pay. They picked me up from the rental car agency and let me test drive the car before purchasing. Jeff L. was a pleasure to work with (nicest sales person I've met at a dealership after decades of visiting countless dealerships during 5 new vehicle purchases.)

Great sales team. I went to several other dealers and Boucher gave me the best trade-in price and worked within my budget to get me in the 2011 Jetta I wanted. I didn't think I could afford an SE with upgrades to premium stereo, sunroof and heated seats but got the exact car I wanted down to the interior and exterior colors. I highly recommend stopping at their dealership first!

I worked with Travis. He did a great job. I had a tough situation with tons of negative equity in my vehicle. I was honest and upfront about this. He looked for me and found something that worked great for my family and I. When I told other dealerships the amount of negative equity I had they sent me packing.

This was our first car we purchased from Boucher VW in Racine. When my wife and I visited them we had narrowed our choice down to two vehicles, a Mazda and VW. Our salesperson, Laura S. worked with us and was very helpful. She was patient with us due to our lack of commitment on what model we wanted. Many times we had test drove a car only to want to test drive another one....thanks Laura for your patience. :-) In addition, to Laura, the management staff at both the Boucher VW and Mazda dealerships were very polite, helpful and informative. They were able to give us a very fair price, one that we couldn't pass up. We ended up buying a 2013 VW Passat TDI SEL Premium and have really enjoyed driving it. The purchase process was quick, painless and actually enjoyable. Their staff took the time to introduce us to all the features of this car and were more than helpful answering our "dumb" questions. What a surprisingly pleasant experience it was purchasing my 2013 Jetta Sportswagon TDI from Frank Boucher Volkswagen. It was actually fun spending the time with Nicholas S. (the youngest salesperson I have ever met) going through all the technical details, test drive and options. We hit the dealership on a cold and rainy Friday afternoon when we knew it would be quiet - and it was. We came well prepared with the technical details (thank you Edmonds.com) and a price quote via the Boucher internet sales group. Our goal was to feel as good after the sale - which to say, we didn't want to feel as if we were pressured or worse, ripped off - as we felt at the prospect of buying a new car. I believe we were upfront with Nicholas. We knew what we wanted and we knew what we wanted to pay (or close enough). He listened and responded accordingly. We test drove "the" car we wanted - even the color we wanted - not something "close" to what we wanted. During the test drive he kept the discussion low key so as not to interfere with the experience of the drive. Once we got back to the dealership, he took us through every nook and cranny on/in the car (the engine compartment is really quite impressive if you ever get a chance to check it out). And one of the coolest things about his presentation was that it was genuine; Nick really knew the car, and he liked the car he was showing us. It was like talking to my brothers. And the price? It was fine. They honored the internet price and gave me much more in trade-in than they should have. I felt it was a good and fair transaction. What else can be said? Bouchers has good sales people as evidenced by Nick. Its well worth a trip to Racine.
