Excellent buying experience

Purchased a vehicle from Douglas Knapp at Van Horn Budget. He was very patient, I looked at probably 10 vehicles. In the end the finance team came up with good terms. Definitely recommend Douglas to anyone in the market for a car.

Tom was great at helping us get what we needed for our family of 7. He was available for questions throughout our process. Once we made a decision we were able to get all of our paper work done and get out fast. I would go back again, and was reassured that if there were any questions or concerns with our van they would be there help. Looking forward to working with this dealership in the future.
